Brix yes it is. It literally means video log. Technically ANY video uploaded to the internet and kept in a log (a channel for instance) is a vlog. Just like a blog is a web log of typed up material.

I grew up watching you in The Cheetah Girls, and to this day as a 19-year-old, I idolize the group and the music. I would love to see a video where you reflect on filming, touring, recording, etc. with The Cheetah Girls and answer questions submitted on social media from fans pertaining to The Cheetah Girls. I think people’s idea of vlog is you holding a camera and going places, but the way you do it, it’s different cause it’s rather formal and not random, unlike other youtubers but the content is fun and lovely as always. 😘
Adrienne! A vlog is something like a day in the life- almost like a reality show! It would be so cool to see what a typical day for you is like. What do you at the real! What LA traffic is like. What do you do on your time off and when you get home? Whats a typical dinner like for you. I think that's what people mean when they say "vlog". Its very typical of RU-vid vloggers to go about their videos like this. They are usually also very laidback and they hold and narrate the camera themselves.
