If you got spooked in that tent by "The Only One Left," Sager just released "Middle of the Night," which involves someone going missing FROM A TENT IN THE BACKYARD. If you decide to do this again, maybe put that book on your list (assuming you WANT to get super freaked out).
It's so nice to hear you say how long it takes you to read I'm usually about 3-4 hours for 100 pages depending how much is squeezed onto those pages if it's tiny font it's longer but I thought it was refreshing to hear! I love reading but you more often hear people saying they read like a 500 page book in 5 hours and I'm like how on earth, how are you doing that?! It makes you feel like all content bookish people are quick non of them say they are slow readings so it's so nice to hear for a change 🤗
Colorado is such a magical place. I am so lucky to call it home. I always read my Kindle after dark when everyone is asleep on camping trips. Mountain wind through the ponderosa and lodgepoles is so comforting or listening to a small creek babble away. Fantasy is my favorite to read while camping.
I loved this so much! I like how u took breaks to tell us what you think instead of waiting till the end. Your commentary was well thought and easy to follow. I love how you didn’t spoil a book 🥳🫶🏼
My BOTM box came in yesterday. I ended up getting Phantasma, A sorceress comes to call, and issue 3 of Volume 0. Really excited to read all of them soon!
Loved this concept! The Only One Left was the 1st book I read of Riley Sager's & I really enjoyed it. I need to pick up his other books to see if I like them too🤷🏾♀️
Lol loved this, looks like you had a great time! So good to know that you enjoyed The Naturals, I just finished The Final Gambit and have been eyeing her other books but more sure that I want to read them now!
I LOVE The Naturals series, it gets even more twisted! It'd be fun to see those in vlogs too! And this setting reminds me of One Was Lost by Natalie D. Richards. If you want a chilling, quick YA thriller with a bit of horror feeling, I recommend. A psycho is chasing teens through the woods, so maybe don't read right around woods. I'm easily scared but loved it!
What a fun video! Loved it ❤ . I'm in the middle of reading THE GUEST LIST .. how nice to have some rain, I live in Phoenix, Az and is always sunny 😑 ... Thanks for this video and thanks to your dad to help you out as well 😊
My jaw dropped at the end of The Only One Left. I didn’t see it coming which is unusual. I felt like the Naturals was too young for me but I can see the appeal
Pausing the video after seeing your options: “the only one” I’ve read is (indeed) “The only one left” and I really enjoyed it so I’m hoping you’ll pick that one! 👀
omg i just read "twisted truth" and its about a parks ranger who discovers murders in a national park and if i had read that in your position id be shaking and crying LMAO
If you're doing another scary book read-a-thon you should pick up The Book of Cold Cases by Simone St. James, it's a mix of true crime mystery thriller and haunted house horror
This is such a fun idea! I’d be way to scared to ever do it tho 😅 Also if anyone knows the name of the background song that played during “The only one left”, please let me know. It sounds like a really good song to have playing in the background of a horror novel!
