This means that in your example your chosen latitude is 15⁰N at the equinox? (The sun rising and setting due east and west but at 75⁰ above the horizon at 180⁰S - 15⁰ north of the equator)

if you have a two-axis tracker located at 44 degrees N, at what time and date is the collector azimuth angle equal to 30 degree and the tilt angle equal to 70 degrees?. Thank you
