I recently sold a ton of my books, and I got my physical TBR down to around 90 as well. My new goal is to read as many of those as possible, and to only buy books when I get bookstore gift cards for my birthday and holidays. 🙂 You inspired me.

I got so annoyed 'cause I was so close to finishing 60 books last year but then I got sick...Not sure if I should really count those books to January but I did finish them first. It does give you a boost for your next goal at least. :)

Capsicums, we call them Capsicums here in NZ. I also tried to read the House of Leaves, and dnf'd it within 30 pages! Too pretentious and try-hard for me, and far too many footnotes for my liking 😞 I've finished 6, and it's the 21st Jan, and I thought I was doing well XD I'm also reading a lot on audio (thanks Libby!) these days, as just so nice to listen to a book as I potter about. I love physical books, but do think that those who say 'audio books isn't reading' are just gate-keepers! 😕

Ahh, capsicums! 🫑 Yes, the footnotes were quite annoying! Amazing!! Yesss audiobooks are amazing and I will always see it as reading ☺️
