HOPE YOU READ THIS Hi..I just finished chain of thorns and saw ur reading vlog...so happy to see someone actually loved how the story went rather than hating it for how it didn't went.....I absolutely loved the book SO someone asked CC about the original ending of the book ..and CC that the reason why she made a new ending is because of "possibility of any new LAST HOUR PROJECT"..I strongly believe that Christopher could come back(and there was no funeral)...if she writes a 4th book... because Grace needs him!!!

Hi, This summer, I read four thriller books, but the one I liked the most was "Motion Detection," which I stumbled upon on Amz. It's a fantastic book. But I don't understand why nobody talks about it. Have you read it? I highly recommend it!

based on what u enjoyed in what moves the dead you would love A House With Good Bones also by T Kingfisher it has great ambiance and the horror mostly revolves around a house and our main character is an archeoentomologist (she digs for bugs and its really interesting) its a southern gothic and i personally really enjoyed it

Highly highly recommend Payback's A Witch by Lana Harper for a really fun, well written spooky romance! It's like John Tucker Must Die but also has a trials plot but also has a fun witch romance! And it's set in a gorgeous little town during Halloween!

Yes, my daughter and I read buddy read the Cellar, and while we enjoyed it, the ending was a big let down for me in terms of what happened (or did not happen) to the main character.

I read Immortality in September and enjoyed it a lot more than Anatomy. I found Hazel's passion and love for her job as a surgeon so fascinating and I loved that we saw her really come into herself as a person. The only thing I don't like about the duology is the romance, I just don't think there's a spark at all between Hazel and Jack and it was too insta-lovey for me which I was really disappointed in

There's a book that I think you might enjoy. It's call " Dead Beautiful" by Yvonne Woon. I love it, and I've never heard anyone else talk about it. I need people to read this book!! 😂 The think that got me intrigued was the blurb on the cover that says " A Harry Potter Start and a Twilight finish".

Katie, if you like fungal horror I’d recommend checking out Leviathan Wakes! It’s the first book in a sci fi series, but it’s a decently good stand alone if you decide not to continue on.

The pumpkin “pies” look great 🧡🎃 I gave What Moves the Dead 4.5 and Immortality 3.5- I liked Anatomy better. I hear you about ratings. I am totally subjective about ratings-mostly based on vibes and enjoyment. If a book is unoriginal and/or way too tropey or full of plotholes I knock a point or so off. I really enjoy T Kingfisher’s creepy humor but it’s not for everybody. 🍄🏯👻🖤

I’m reading Enchanted to Meet You currently! Your comment about her doing magic so he would sleep w/ her is inaccurate IMO. That part isn’t as it seems. I see why you would think that though since you stopped around pg 90. Just wanted to clarify so others don’t get the wrong idea about it! I totally understand the other reasons you DNF’d though, I feel it’s superficial at times as well.

loved this video sm! 🥹 with ava reid i think her books are just miss marketed bc so many people said the same thing about juniper and thorns which people thought was fantasy romance when it was actually a very dark horror book set in a fantasy world. at the bookstore i work in i tend to put her books in our gothic horror section!
