I love how open and real you are! I've been a subscriber for quite a while, but I wanted you to know I appreciate your realness. Thank you! Mental Health is so important and getting to your right head space is too!
If you're meds are actually heightening issues it might be the wrong type not dose. This is one of the biggest signs a medication especially anxiety or adhd ones is not for you if happening after 3 weeks as later on it can cause a sudden irritable mood or medication induced depression. Not trying to scare you, I believe you are probably keeping a good eye on stuff. Personally just learnt alot from experience and education and see this alot so am hyper aware of it! ❤
If you love reading in the pool you should try reading in the bath in winter months before you go to bed. I’ve heard a lot of people find it relaxing light some candles and bubbles bath or lush bombs in your bath it might give you a similar feeling instead of being in the pool. @HaileyinBookland
I recently read the first three books in the Before the Coffee Gets Cold series, and I loved them so much! Book 3 is Before Your Memory Fades, not Before We Say Goodbye, btw. I don't think I'm going to be reading the fourth one though since the ending of book 3 was perfect imo
Is the sensory thing related to your ADHD or the medications? I get the sensory issues myself, with my clothes and my hair, but I'm undiagnosed ADHD. I was diagnosed as a kid and on Ritalin but was taken off because of one reason or the other. I know in one of your other videos you mentioned how having your hair up a certain way bothered your head. I related to that because I have the same thing happen to me. Is that also a sensory thing for you?
