I agree TOG over ACOTAR, love them both but TOG had my emotions all over the damn place! lol Never owned a kindle, I love holding a physical book in my hands! And yes, I smell my books! Best smell ever, especially old ones! 😂

Something that makes the kindle superior to paper books is that I can increase the font size and turn on a dyslexic-friendly font (open dyslexic) and have a way better experience with my neurospicy brain. I also love the ease of checking out and returning library books from home! I’m okay with this being unpopular 😂❤❤❤

Also, I love the sharing of opinions even when it doesn’t apply😂😂 I feel like I would be the same way if I started making my own videos. There’s SO many books I haven’t read.

I used to think that I wouldn't give up physical books for ebooks, but then a couple? few? years ago I had (and occasionally have) some eye trouble that made seeing difficult and reading on my phone was a lot easier because I could adjust the font size, after awhile I just got used to it and now I like it more.

I agree with TOG over ACOTAR! Although I love them both. ACOTAR over Crescent City.

👋🏻 I feel like sometimes it’s a progression in character’s development but sometimes it comes out of nowhere and makes no sense 😂 I also completely agree with special editions for bonus chapters… not a fan ✨

I agree with the take on spiciness. I have read several books with full on spice and I find it almost takes me out of the story. I think I prefer inferred spice. Also, I love a Court of Mist and Fury. I loved the first three books- found it hard to read the novella and Nestas book- I’m not sure why. I actually never finished them.

When I saw the community question, I was ON IT 😂 Here are some of my opinions on this.... - I agree w/ Kindle not being the best eReader but because of its ecosystem (Kindle Unlimited + Amazon Books), makes it superior. However I am trying to stay away from Amazon in general as a whole so 🥴 - Pregnancy trope is usually... not fun to read b.c. the problem is that it's never done well. Feels so rough when reading about a couple who's whole love life revolves around having a kid. I feel like it takes away for the romance. - As a hardcore spicy reader, I also agree that it doesn't need to be "smutty" to be spicy. I think what the person was trying to say is that it feels intense, and also "hot"? But it doesn't need to contain smut in order to do so. (Just my way interpreting it as someone who reads a lot of spicy books -- smutty or not) - I hate special editions w/ extra content. Generally, they do publish it on the Author's website and you can get it for free if you subscribe to their mailing list. That's what I've been doing but I don't really like being on mailing lists 🫠 LOL Will we fight for the unpopular opinion? I'd say I'll fight you but I can't bc per my message.... I'm weak 😂😭

I agree that Throne of Glass is superior to ACOTAR. It’s my favorite series ever and for me nothing can compare to it.

I wish special editions were still special. Like there are too many now, it’s not exciting anymore.
