Imo the animations got more exaggerated and just suck now, feels like its trying to copy COD with its overthetopness. (The MK18 and the P90 specifically are just silly)
This is the thing that needs to be appreciated about Ready or Not: You're a professional SWAT officer tackling situations and only need to shoot mostly sparingly at hostile targets. This is why the reloads have to be satisfying and good because when they happen, you want to be super quick. That P90 one especially is amazing. Great job on that, Void. 👍
That being said the P90 startup animation has almost gotten me killed a few times, takes to damn long and on a few levels like the Hospital suspects occasionally attack you right on spawn.
These are some of the most crisp reload animations i have seen to date. The sounds are awesome too. What i noticed is that all the different AR variants have a subtle difference in reload animations instead of using the one stock reload animation across similar weapons(which is boring). This is good stuff. Kudos to the developers of Ready or not.
I’m not gonna lie, with how I play Ready or Not I BARELY reload (because my ammo use is quite sparse) so it’s nice to see how the reload animations look. They all look really nice.
@@puzzle_girl47 but aren’t those just how the guns are originally made, the thing I’m talking about is an attachment that makes the mp5 or sp5 open bolt with the bolt catch.
@@bluesyn5728 An M4A1 doesn't have the same capabilities as a MK18. A 10.3" barrel is much easier to manouver than the 14.5" barrel that comes on any standard M4/M4A1.
All Weapon Reload & Equip Animations It makes much more sense when you read the full sentence rather than saying All Weapon Reload Animations & Equip Animations
I love how the operator carefully and methodically inspects the P90, easily my favorite animation. Also, concerning the Shotguns that are reloaded with the right hand, doesn't it look like the ammunition appears in the hand?
@@mysterymeat1216 "most realistic" lmfao since we're talking about realism, ready or not is more realistic, as the gun models are more accurate, the inspect animations don't have that flashy tossing the mag and shit, the camera shake looks more natural instead of the camera shake mw22 has, etc.
@@mysterymeat1216 but in terms of animation quality, imo i like ready or not more than mw22, mw22 is good but it's kinda off?? i don't know what it is but it feels off
I like how some of the rifles are just civilian-market carbines. It implies the LSPD is so thoroughly-defunded, SWAT has to bring their own guns to work. Maybe they should add refurbished evidence guns to show the player just how bad things are. Real-world agencies will occasionally absorb unclaimed guns seized from convicted felons into their own arsenals. The overly-blemished guns get auctioned-off to FFL's and C&R dealers all over the nation.
the TWO major problems I have with ready or not's guns/animations is they just feel a little to stiff for me, but that's more of a personal thing, I float more towards moving animations (character moving the gun more etc) than just it staying steady, AND how many AR style weapons there are. there's no REAL variation, sure they all have unique animations (which all almost look identical tbh.) but they are all essentially the same damn gun copy pasted, where's the AUG A3, or like a Vector? or hell even a Tavor? so many guns exist yet they just keep using AR variations and it annoys me to no end
