Oh, I love this show. I like that it's based on Ready, Set Cook; but it has it's own style and flavor. Besides, there's nothing sexier than a bunch of guys in the kitchen in aprons...
The hysterical pace of this programme 😮 After watching similar shows in my own country (Sweden) which have a much more quiet and relaxed atmosphere, I get super nervous by this! It’s as if they all have ADHD…
Rump steak, avocado, fillo dough and mozzarella for 5 pounds??? I was living in Oxford in 2008, and there’s no way I could have bought all that (or the fresh salmon, coconut cream etc) for 5 pounds!
To be fair (and definitely without denying the silliness of the notion of people who are speaking in their native language "talk weird"), "your" language also changed just as much in the UK; it just changed differently in different places, as languages always do.
@@cukka99 There was a bit on QI about how UK English has actually changed much more than American - modern American is closer to what was spoken in the UK when colonisation began than modern UK English.
