@@tamieroepke1997you choose to believe whatever you want. but that will not change the facts. zayn said that in an interview to billboard before mom was released. he says he had total intention of keeping in touch with the boys but it seemed like the numbers changed and that was it. he didn’t get any calls and they didn’t answered him back. now imagine yourself in his position…. he just left the band, he’s obviously suffering from many reasons and the people he thought was his friends and could give him support disappear. nothing can excuse this. i’m a one direction fan and i’m still a fan of all of them as solos, but zayn mainly. and i feel honestly so disappointed to think that they turned their back at zayn when he obviously needed them the most. it makes me sad and i don’t try to pretend it didn’t happen or make excuses.
zayn honestly looks miserable. he looks so unhappy and I know that me and everyone else could see that just by looking at him. I watched a performance they did for up all night 4 years ago and then watched this and I think everyone could tell there was a big difference in zayn. mabey the rumors are true... mabey in years to come they all reunite as 5 instead of just 4. but zayn is always gonna be a member of one direction and absolutely NOTHING he could do or say that could EVER change that.

They were so sad bc. They knew he was leaving. They could not keep their emotion i think. They were trying to avoid looking at him, that will make them break down in that situation. The boys didn't hate him, they were very much affected knowing he was leaving... Sad for him...
It absolutely breaks my heart to see the way he was looking at the crowd and then looking at the boys who were avoiding eye contact with him. I'm sure he put up with those last few shows purely because of the fans. I understand the boys must have felt very upset he was leaving, but I hate how them (except Harry) resented him towards the end. 1D was never 1D after he left.
Imagine if Simons management didn’t let them do constant touring, giving them more breaks , agreeing with zayns idea, making them wake up whenever they want and if they did R&B and pop together in songs and if they weren’t treated so badly I bet you Zayn wouldn’t leave

The beauty of Zayn was that he perfected his voice and he became an Artist. Thru his hardship with 1D, he found success and his amazing vocals. We may not have known who Zayn Malik was, if not for his exposure. He was able to share that gift with us, we are truly blessed. Stay Strong Zayn 🙏❤️
He was 22 here, and I'm 22 now :o Soo weird looking back at 5 years ago... I was 17 when he left. Wild. Looking back being the same age as he was there, I can now understand just how young they were.

Makes me so sad that Niall and Liam were completely ignoring Zayn and it is visible because Zayn kept on trying to make eye contact. I have noticed that because of anxiety, with previous shows he likes making eye contact with the guys, I think it helps him calm his nerves and anxiety. Honestly, really unfortunate to see the guys not supporting him.

I understand him and he was consistent this whole time, even though he was inside a company that manufactured truths to make profits at any cost. Even so, you could see that Zayn had this simple soul, passionate about music and not about prominence, spotlight... He never made a point of saying much because he never needed to. He just always loved music and wanted much more to grow in music (technically to do better, to excel). People don't understand that it's not always a matter of money or status, it's a matter of overcoming yourself. In other words, it's a matter of doing better and better what you love to do. Understanding that it's a job like any other. 10 years later, you see Zayn's interview saying the same thing (interview came out in July 2023 - watch it in full, it's two parts)... He and Loui are the ones I admire the most in terms of how they take fame and how they seek his solo career (humility always).
ugh i was a twelve year old at this concert and i was so oblivious, i miss one direction so much but zayn is doing amazing now with his new baby girl. times have changed and for the better especially in Zayn's situation and i think we all need to respect that.
Ready to run was exactly what Zayn did and has been in quarantine for the last 5 yrs with only an few appearances to show that he apparently is still alive and kicking around.
