A terrific recipe, ideal for my family visitors and their children. My problem is that I have a Thai food cupboard with three different say sauces, I have Healthy Boy brand Thin soy sauce and Dark soy sauce, and then there is Kikkoman soy sauce, gluten-free. variety. For the lettuce, we have Little Gem, Round Lettuce, and Cos Lettuce. So you see the difficulty. It will need a few experiments to produce what is shown in your excellent video. I live many miles away from an Asian food store but I lived in Thailand for several years and occasionally get very nostalgic for Asian food.
