In todays video we install a ReadyLift SST 4" kit on my 2022 GMC Sierra 4x4! As you will see in the video the truck is sitting tall now! Install begins - 2:16 Reveal - 22:25
The only thing I have never liked about the ready lift uca’s is the lack of protection for the top of the ball joint with grease zerk. I put my lift on during winter and got some rust by week one because the little pocket holds water and road salt. I 3D printer an abs plug that holds a retained o ring to seal out weather. Works great. Ready lift should send a plug for this purpose! Try the rear blocks and see what that looks like.
The truck looks mean and stanced up. Getting them baby squat vibes again ❤️. Also, have you considered repainting your wheels? The white ring definitely is unique, but I think it would look best if they were black again. Maybe someone around where you live can repaint and restore them, unless you’re up for the challenge.
The truck looks good! Did the CV axle straighten back out to a more level position with the wheel and tire back on it sitting on the ground than the position it was in when you were installing the kit with the wheel and tire off the truck. What size wheel and tire are you running on the truck with this lift. I have a 2019 GMC sierra 1500 Denali and I'm looking for something like this for my truck.
These longer more informative videos are just so much better then, here I’m gonna change my antenna. Combine those small items together to make longer, better videos. Truck looks awesome. Looking forward to your larger tire video. Have a great day.
Omfg , my mud tires have , like, rocks stuck in them , like, 🤣🤣🤣 , we are out in the boonies, son you and your ice cap have no idea wtf the boonies actually is.
Looks awful with only 1/2 the lift installed, a squatted shitbox if you will, all thats needed now is a gay pride decal on the back window and you are all set.
Truck looks great. I’d have to go ahead and install the rear blocks. I don’t know how bright the new LED reverse lights are. But the Diesel LED’s I installed in mine are insanely bright. I’ve seen peoples headlights that aren’t as bright as they are.
To each his own but this is just awful. The wheels are so bad themselves then you ad them to a otherwise common pickup with a 5.3 and then the lower rear, just awful.
Looks GREAT! I'm about to invest in this same kit for my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4! I need more clearance for the ruts we have on NM range roads, Did you add the rear 3" blocks and what rear shocks are you sporting how about the tire size? I like the aggressive look, please respond.👍
Frankie again [70yr.old kid] from L.I. saying hello. The truck looks better & better. When I was your age their were plenty of magazines about trucks. Now I only find STREET TRUCKS. It is o.k. but they push these low to the ground trucks, low riders. They look rediculous.I can not see the attraction but to each his own. Again truck looks great!!! I'm going to putt putt over to Dunkin in my colorado to get a snack. Y'all STAY WELL & SAFE FRANKIE FLORAL PARK.
Honestly, truck looks great. But I'm considering trading my Gladiator with 4" lift and 38s. It just isn't that drastic. I would only run 35s. I don't know. The perspective is just off for what I expected. Again, truck looks sharp as hell.
Hey bud good video. Just picked mine uo lsst week. You hsve any info on the pulsar lt making a model for our truck? Thanks in advance for sny info. Im worried about the lifters!! 😮😮
I noticed when looking at the factory website, they offer a 2" leveling kit that looks like longer half shafts. Your Readylift didn't replace these. Any issues? What did you do with your kit after you removed it to trade the truck?
Didn’t wait long to make it a f*ck boy truck. Those 12 wides are in need of a new set of tires btw. Kids these days will call anything shoes. At least you did the lift yourself. Good on you.
Was this the 899.99 4in kit? It comes with lift for rear too but you stated that you didn’t lift rear? I ordered the 4 in kit too, hopefully it arrives Wednesday.
Id probably not throw the top strut spacer on it and just the preload on in between the coil should leave it right at level with the rear or 1/2-3/4 lower than rear But then again on 12wides might not clear them 😅
