These fakes are getting closer and closer to authentics by the year, I got played with the off white prestos on details you cant tell from the pics. Boughtem off ebay for 500, didnt realize they were fake till I tookem to sell at a sneaker-store and the guy tells me they’re fake. Never felt so embarrassed in my life.
1) the peaks in the foam of the exposed tongue from the stitching are actual flaws on authentic pairs too 2) the bar code spacing that u pointed out is also like that on some authentic pairs 3) the word presto on the cage can vary between different sizes alot of fakes are getting superrrr close now theyre getting materials from the actual factories that make the shoe be careful the main ways u can tell now are the “AIR” placement and color, the material used on the shoe, the stitching on the nike sign, the off white zip tie, the “shoelaces” wording, the size of the orange tab, the front of the toe box and also the paper used inside of the box
So the give away has been updated! I will be doing a massive giveaway once I hit 10,000 Subscribers! The Off White Prestos will be included with much more. 68 people have been entered so far. Video with updated information coming soon :D
LuOptic Media hey man quick question, um my friend bought so some black off white prestos, the dates on the size tag are , 11/17/17 and 04/03/18 idk if there fake he’s want to know
Current batch prestos are a lot better, biggest giveaway is that on the ua ones the swoosh tail goes above the cage but that’s not always the case. The swoosh coloring is also off a bit
Biggest give away that has not been fixed on any fakes that I have seen is the presto imprint/font on the inner cage. The real ones are definitely more defined and have the "PRES" where the fakes/reps/ua's have the "PRE" at the most. Everything else has been fixed on most of the good pairs. It is funny to try and call out a fake on a deconstructed shoe like the off-white. That is the point of the shoe is to be original and halfway finished. There really should not be a lot of QC/QA issues as long as the shoe stays together. It is interesting that we are talking about finding perfections in a shoe that is made to be unperfect. Rock the reps resell the fakes.
Nice video but the barecode argument is fasle, i bought the 2 presto at NY and the line was thin. I won 2 raffles (in France) on the sneakrs app and the zoom fly/ blazer mid barecodes were thick
Hey man thanks for the comment! Bar codes will be different for different shoe models. Example, a Jordan 1 bar code will be different from a Jordan 2 bar code. Just like the blazers and prestos you mentioned.
While this is an awesome review, the quality is good on replicas nowadays because the actual manufacturer workers in China who are making these have gotten smarter. Why work for Adidas (Kanye)/ Nike and get paid cents on the dollar and have it shipped to the US for a tremendous mark up, and have them make money. When they can get their side hustle in and provide you literally the same product. I have yeezys i copped off stock X and i copped a pair off dh and i can literally not tell any difference in quality. (Depends on who you go to) Quite honestly, if you find that right plug who can give u 1:1 comparison of product why put more money in any of these businesses pockets? Id rather help provide that same (more than likely) chinese family who is making these with food on they table to give me virtually the same thing. 🧠 But people would rather spend racks on “official” kicks. I get it though, its a lifestyle/hobby. People are into what they into. But look at the reality
But you wouldn't notice the difference when you ain't got no real pair for comparison. Right? I mean I have the real deal. I copped them in like 2018 (also says that on the tag) but I just wanna know
@@DirectorLu this is getting tough...have two pairs from stockx with dif dates 3/29 and 4/28. Took to store and confirmed. 🤷♂️ do one for the white pair?
damn nice vid i bought some from stock x for 840 plus 40 shipping and i live in new zealand so thats 1300 dollars and when the shoes came in the country the customs taxed me an extra 180 for the shoes im expecting them to come through tomorrow
Manny Singh 1300$ for what really cost 160$ retail? You can get literally .99:1 reps from the SAME factory by the SAME employees from the SAME marerials, i dont like to call them fake, simply unauthorized. Factory heads make more money that way since people will buy reps rather than legit especially at the OWF factories since nike buys limited amounts
@@max2beuz bruh I ain't wear fakes nor am I gonna buy fakes, this is the sneaker community and if you're truly about sneakers you wouldn't go buying fakes bro, or ( unauthorized ) as you say it, how many niggas be hustling so hard to get what yeezys ? breds off-whites, they know they can get fakes for cheaper but that's not the same its not the culture and your just enhancing the culture of fake sneakers bro I can already tell by your comment that you got no shoes and the ones you do probably some fufu shoes made by lingling you bought for $20 chill out bro it doesn't matter if people wanna buy reals or fakes, if nike buys a limited amount from these so-called factories, why do the fakes have different stitching, material then the ones that are real and actually came from Nike as you know so much about these shoes and how Nike retails them and where they buy it from ?
Haha the details are so minor on the reps that I'd rather pay 180 for them then 800+ for the real ones, cause fuck that, if I'm paying almost a grand for some kicks I'd probably never wear them joints
Im_A_Shih_Tzu Shiit still don’t be a poser bro fake clothes is for fake people it’s lame for the people who buy the shoes and for the designer who actually gave u the shoe be grateful
