Too bad my initial phone call was handled very unprofessionally. I booked the time for my only opening. I am a working professional with back to back calls. The representative texted and called 20 and 10 minutes early. The call only rang one time. At the appointed time I was replying to the texts with no response. When I book a time I expect the call to happen at that time. Not good.
