Two months ago, I was coming back from a trip to Vancouver and some guy passed me in the off ramp lane (illegal in WA state). He had t cut back before he as past me so I had to swerve into the left hand lane. He still wasn't clear and got stuck behind a truck. When he got clear, he pulled in behind me so close that my sonar activated reverse screen came on, and he was measured only 7 feet behind me at 60 mph. I then moved to the right lane to just let him by. He got past, swerved into my lane, and rammed my SUV. We both pulled over but I refused to get out of my truck, telling him through the closed window that police were on their way and it might be best if he got back in his car. The police came, talked ot him first, then talked to me... and watched my dash cam footage. He was cited for passing in an off ramp lane, crossing he gore point, driving on the shoulder, following too closely, unsafe lane change, and purposefully causing a collision. The cop decided to just include them all into a negligent driving charge. I think he needed more than that. His insurance is balking at eh cost to repair the front end on a Pajero, so I told them to just forget it and I'll take him to court, and the insurance will have to pay the adjustment. Waiting a court date now.
Similar situation happened to me about 2 weeks ago. A POS tail-gated me to an off-ramp. He then passed me on an one-lane only curve. Luckily, I was focusing on him and let him pass me. I really don't understand. I was not going slow but this POS just couldn't wait.
Narrator obviously doesn't do very good background checks on his videos. The first two I personally looked into those and the outcome wasn't anything like he describes. Check your facts beforehand.

Last year, in Alabama, 2 guys shot each other in a road rage, killing them both. I ride a bike and take the bus and I don't get road rage. You're going to get to your destination warm, dry, cool, comfortable, etc. Why are so many so damned pissed? Try riding a bike everywhere. Lost count on how many rain storms I've been caught in.

The scary part is for every one time something like this gets caught on camera and brought to light and justice there hundreds that are not. Seriously, how many times have you seen felonies go down and how many times was it actually caught on camera with repercussions. I can't even count how many felonies I have witnessed, it's well over a hundred, and I can count on two fingers the number of times the people involved were caught.

I'm pretty sure the announcer was mistaken here. The timing looks like the guy got the axe before the other guy got the bat. The guy was out of the vehicle and visible at the front of it with the axe before the guy even had the bat out of the trunk. So, basically, this is a story of how the cab driver got upset and sent in front. Then the axe guy escalated the situation BIG time, vs just backing away, etc. This almost went from a verbal argument to people dead on the road simply because that cammer pulled out that axe. Hardly a good argument for something even more extreme like a gun. Or were you referencing the bat as the gun equivalent?
Im so thankful that I watched all those Road Rage Videos, they reached me a lot. I never will be engaged in Road Rage if there is a Chance to avoid it. The People who act rude and aggressive on the Streets will get humbled, sooner or later. I don't must be the fastest or first one or have the best parking spot, I just want my Peace and go home without Problems. Two guys tried to carjack me and my brother in my van and I couldn't get away so I just pushed his car about a block and a half and when he jumped back in his car to come after us I guess I must have broke something underneath like the drive shaft or something because they could not come after me LOL I find that very amusing
i got in a road rage with a lady on the highway it started by me and my cousin and his girlfriend all of us going to a carmeet we was cruising on the highway with my cousin ahead of me to a distance where i couldnt see he i sped up a slight bit so doing like 80 in a 70 this lady that got on the highway cut me off so hard that i almost hit someone in a lane next to me i got on my horn and she started swerving lane to lane reminder its a 4 lane highway but it was a bit crowded i sped up and got on her bumper a bit and ran around her then she got behind me and was a inch from hitting my bumper and knocking me off the road so i sped up even more doing 100 in a 70 and she took a open lane just to catch up with me and my cousin called me and told me he witnessed everything and told me to calm down but due to my anger from my mama i couldnt because things like that sets me off i wish it was a officer on that highway when it happened
Some of US gun carriers know exactly how and when to use it and exactly how and when NOT to use it. No one should ever exit their vehicle to attack another driver. Call the police if something has wrongfully occurred while driving.

The guy in video number 3 is Nathanial Radimak. He got caught and sentenced to 5 years in prison. He did this on purpose and over a time span of 1 year as there were more cases uncovered where he was involved.

The second video, the red van was driven by old couple. Old man was protecting himself and his wife against two young idiots who thought they are cool gangsta`. And all charges was dropped against the driver of red van. Check out background of stories you`re telling.
This narrator seems to be itching for a reason to bash gun owners using their right to defend themselves. Some of these people did act sloppily. And there was 1 shooter that was negligent and criminal. However real life scenarios are drastically different from practice and training. It's a one chance only all or nothing stakes with your life. Try to consider that. Another fact is that as much as people can be predictable, real life situations are unpredictable with the change in any way the situation can go. Really good handling of a situation can turn deadly in a blink of an eye, and vice versa.
So only irresponsible criminals should have access to guns? States that have permitless carry laws have decrease in criminal activity, and show no additional accidental shooting rates. I quite sure I am actually commenting to an AI voice but wanted to comment anyway.

The guy wasn’t found guilty with the guy shorting from the red van even though he hit the person in the white suv. And yeah I avoid road ragers and I don’t tail gate like my front bumper wants to mate with the back bumper of the vehicle in front of me.
First one should've been charged with attempted murder, as well as attempting to cause a car crash (something, something recklessly endangering everyone else on that road as well). Same with number 9.
The guy who made this video doesn’t understand that you are allowed by law, to use your firearm if you feel that your life is in danger, AND if the other person was assaulting them, as someone who lives in the eastern part of Texas, I know lots about guns because I own a lot and my own pasture to do target practice at. For the first guy, if he believed he got shot at then he has the right to shoot back, in the case of the red mini van, the driver was assaulted so he had the right to defend himself. Though I will say, if you don’t know how to shoot a moving target without hitting anyone or anything behind it, you shouldn’t have a gun.
