With over twenty years of executive management experience, I am a versatile professional who now serves as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a business owner of a mobile notary service, and a leadership trainer.
Leadership is about having a compelling vision, a comprehensive plan, relentless implementation, and talented people working together.
Previously, as a Senior Operations Leader, I demonstrated success in leading large, distributed teams of 2,000+ employees engaged in high-quality customer service delivery. My expertise in call center management included oversight for 30 physical sites and remote locations in the US and Canada. I have a proven record of success in team building, goal development, and performance management to align teams with organizational strategy.
In my new role as a Realtor, I apply my leadership and customer service skills to help clients navigate the real estate market. As a mobile notary service owner, I ensure efficient and accurate notarization services for individuals and businesses. My passion for developing others continues through my work as a leadership trainer, where I guide professionals in achieving their full potential.
