Don't you think there should be a procedure where buyer and a seller should not step back after a certain point in the deal. Like in this case the seller stepped back in the last minute.

Luqman - I like your thinking, that point would be the point of signing the contract of sale. Nothing is confirmed until those terms are agreed, at which point the buyer and seller both have financial obligation if they step away.
