I just wanted to thank you Zack and the Real Estate License Wizard team!!! I passed my exam on 6/7/22 with only 2 days left on my certification. I honestly believe that this would not have happened without this channel!!!! I failed once before after taking my test right after taking my training and was really nervous to take again and was rescheduling a number of times until I really had no other choice. I’ve been watching all you videos over and over and became more confident and retaining concepts.Your ability to explain and review paired with you helpful tips and funny jokes really did the trick! I am truly so grateful, thank you so much!!! 🙏🏾
You can actually go to your state and find the handbook that actually tells you the exact percentage of each chapter that’ll be on the test for Florida it’s 12% of the test
What’s up wiz, been studying RE for multiple months, still have many questions. One of them being how does the trust thing work? It says one party trustor 2nd trustee & 3rd beneficiary. I’m not sure what that means, can you give one or 2 examples/ short stories letting us know how it works? Sorry, still nowhere with this. Would love know RE before taking this state exam..
It’s voidable. Potentially, a minor could enter into a contract giving the idea that the contract is valid. It could be found out later that the person who signed the contract is not of legal age, making it voidable.
I felt click baited when the cute girl on thumbnail wasn’t teaching😂 but that didn’t stop me from listening bc you’re super thorough and to the point. I will say that watching you touch that earpiece every 2 seconds was quite distracting.
Just passed the CA RE exam on my first try and want to thank you Zach for it. I had less than a wk to prep and only discovered you like 3 days ago and watched your 2022, 2023 PE and this one. I think it covered most of the actual exam. Again, many thanks Zach!! Cheers!
Hi Zach! I need help with a question in the test that I failed which states a contingency that earnest money would be returned after inspection and the buyer asks for it before inspection, what would selling agent do. 1) return immediately or 2)refused to return until after inspection as stated in the agreement. I can’t remember the other choices lol but I believe I eliminated them. Listening to your videos have been so helpful in retaining these concepts. Thank you!
