Your videos are so much better than the classes I took. After watching a few minutes, some concepts I was not grasping at all in class now make perfect sense! Taking my exam in a few weeks!

Joe, the more i go thru your tutorial the more I'm realizing the Realestate fundamental class was a waste of money, I'm absorbing more watching The Pre Agent Webinar (you so skillfully have put together) along with my 24 Chapters of Real Estate Book that i can always go back to reference what i think i might of missed. i paid for real estate class. the teacher just read through power point presentation on the screen. thats about it. after finish reading my three books and done book quizes. im still lost.
@@rotcataergeht You definitely have to seek additional guidance outside of those classes. The Pre-license class info really just helps you past the class exam:)
Thank you so much for posting all of your training videos. I took my exam today and passed it on the 1st try. Listening to you helped me tremendously. I stopped ready my prep exam book because the way that you explained things was so simple and made so much sense. While reading the exam questions, your voice was in my head. At one point I chose the answer I did because, "That is what Joe said"! Keep up the great work. I will continue to tell whoever is taking the Real Estate Course to listen to you along with their studying.
The test is not the monster that it was made out to be. I did have a lot of math questions which I left for last not to waste time. There was not more of one type of question but I will say, don't rush to take the exam. You do need to know about what the questions are asking and taking an extra 3 weeks to listen to Joe is what helped me to pass. The two prep classes that I took and studying the prep book that I was given did nothing for me. It was listening to Joe all day, everyday. When a question stumped me I would find myself saying, "Joe said" and that was the answer I chose. Take the time to listen to his videos and things will stick in your head. I had great instructors at Champions School of Real Estate BUT Joe and his method is what helped me pass. Also lots of prayer!!

The question asking, "The practice of charging discount points on FHA insured loans is because the lender desires to:" I am a little confused. I understand your verbal explanation but at the end of the written explanation, it says the points may be paid by buyer or seller. Is that the buyer or seller of the loan? Or of the property? I guess I am confused because why would the seller pay any points on how a buyer gets funding? Thank you in advance for this explaination.
too much unclear definitions from the students when asked about Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. It got very confusing listening and knowing what information was pertinent. This was the first video that confused me.

i understand this video is a couple of years old, but I wanted to tell you how much it helped me. I am only watching for the national info, not state, but online classes can be tough, especially when it seems like the explanation is missing in some areas. This helped me understand my study points significantly.
i just wanted to thank you for your videos. even though i had been studying for some time, i still felt as if my mind was all jumbled with the information. then i stumbled onto your videos over the weekend. the way you present the information made a lot of the information i had consumed come to life and take hold in my head. i spent the last 3 days just watching your videos and taking the practice test from my course. i don't ever post things online but i just felt the need to thank you. And yes i passed.
Some of the questions that you make can be ambiguous between your multiple choice questions. I think you notice that sometimes while you're going back and reviewing them.
I passed the Colorado associate broker’s exam,failed it 3 times, then I started to listen to all of Joe’s Utube videos when I was driving, working lyft,working out. I had it as background noise and it helped a lot.
I being watch your videos , i love it and its clear ... I taking a class a real state and it was super fast where i feel vocalunary and understand of explanation s where so limited in my real classes . it was most book ... Im trying hard but i feel need go back review ...i love the hope you give .its not end world , i try swich career nursing vs real estate ..and i will get. Last week if you were to ask me any of these questions I’d have ZERO idea. I’ve nailed it down watching the webinars. I was overwhelmed trying to find out where to start with studying, couldn’t understand why people said they learned so much. Now I know why. Start with VOCAB. That’s honest to god the best start. And don’t FF through the videos. There’s many great scenarios, explanations etc. you’ve helped me build confidence in myself. 4 more weeks and I’ll be going to take my state test
OK so I don't really post but this one is very necessary. It was literally yesterday (day before my exam today) I was flipping around youtube to get some last minute pointers or lessons from test takers/preppers and landed on this video. I have to say the advice to "Nail down the Vocab!" was so SPOT ON. It helps build confidence the day before the exam and covers your bases that you know all the key concepts cold, with little stress of failing on practice questions and shaking your confidence. I just want to THANK YOU Prep Agent for such an awesome suggestion... I passed my broker exam today.
Hi Joe, you are amazing! The Real Estate Agents that have said " you won't need to know all this stuff after the exam" tend to be older, maybe it was different material 20 yrs ago?
So i had a question on my Real Estate exam and said something like this: A person who purchased his home with a VA loan paid his home early (Early pay off) he was what rights to it? (cant remember the answers, but were something like this) - He can sale his home - Purchase another home with a VA loan - Rent his property AGAIN i cant really remember the answers BUT which one would be an answer regarding VA LOANS AND EARLY PAYOFFS?
The explanation of how to disect NOT /except / non questions is by far the best. A really great way to make those questions easier to answer, thank you!!
Joe, Can you help me with this question; A clause in a trust deed stating that the rights of the beneficiary shall be secondary to a subsequent trust deed is called: Your videos are amazing. I am focusing on the vocabulary and I have been in the Real Estate school since last summer. I failed at my first attempt taking the exam. Honestly, I DID study the wrong information. Thank you for all you do. Please help me with subordination clause, acceleration clause and the two others. I would so appreciate it. My exam is next Wednesday. 4/12/17. Thanks
What I try to do when taking tests is after I read the question I try to think of the answer before I read the multiple choice answers this way the multiple choice doesn’t confuse me.
Another one that is a little tough; The chief distinguishing characteristic of real estate, when compared to personal property, is that it:(a)depreciates over time(b)is a capital asset(c)can be held in severalty or tenancy in common(d)is immovable Unsure.

We are taking the class exam tomorrow and I have to say that I’ve learned a lot here with you in such a small amount of time... I plan passing my class exam tomorrow and continuing to study with you until I’m scheduled for my state exam .. Feeling pretty good about it too especially since I found you!!!
Hi Joe, VA loan does allow you to rent out your home as long as you have lived there for at least 6 months. However, the loan can not be taken out with the purpose of renting out in the future. And you are allowed to use up to $417,000 ish.
