Are you thinking of doing some real estate investing in Atlanta and want to know the best locations? I want to give you my thoughts on 3 of the best Atlanta neighborhoods to invest in Atlanta real estate in 2022. I am only covering areas that are in the City of Atlanta, not suburbs. Whether you are looking for fix and flip, a buy and hold, or just to buy and live in and build rapidly appreciating equity, I think the 3 areas I mention in this video will match one of those criteria. Granted, I am not a fortune teller and cannot predict or verify that 100% you will achieve rapid appreciation, but if I had to bet my money on areas to invest in Atlanta, these are 3 locations I'd be putting my money down on.

Congrats on the purchase of the land on English Ave. I thought it would be easy to get something in the in town neighborhoods but the competition was crazy. I have to wait for it to stabilize.

Thanks. I think there were multiple offers on the piece of land I bought. Land can be tricky to buy because you have to compete with investors that are all cash. Well shoot - even tear downs in the right area - you have to bring all cash. I don't see the intown competition getting any easier though. It's a desirable area so there will always be competition.
