This is the first time in my life, that Ive comprehended these math examples. I had huge anxiety. You are a genius to the max. You are a huge blessing to people who have total math anxiety and mental blockages to numbers. Your explain it so calmly and so exact without being too wordy. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
So happy to hear that. Definitely not a genius lol. Just someone who is passionate about education and helping others. Glad I can help! Good luck with your future endeavors.
Honestly this is the very best video on math. I take mine on Sat. This has helped tremendously. I watch all your videos but this one was the best descriptions.
Thank you thank you for the math and all your teaching! I passed the Florida’s real estate agent exam first try this past Monday! I’m excited and relieved about it.
I just gotta say thank you ! I failed the Alabama real estate exam Monday by two points ! Honestly I guessed all the math bc I never studied it I was too intimidated. I take it again tomorrow. Thanks to you I’m way more confident!
Thank you thank you! I’m retaking my exam tomorrow and some of these math concepts are so hard for me! I really hope that now I can score better this time now that these make more sense to me!
Thank you! This was really helpful. My exam is tomorrow, and I just started studying hard on Monday, not realizing exactly how much information I needed to retain.
Watching this as a refresher. You’ve made it so simple for me! I really appreciate this! I HATED math when I was in school, so I definitely feel anxiety when it comes to math. But you made everything make sense!
This video was Extremely Helpful! Thank you so much! My confidence has skyrocketed 😊math is my weakness and the way you explained the steps I fully comprehend it. I’m so happy I came across this video. You are the 💣
Thank you so much for this video. You are an amazing instructor. I actually delayed myself from taking the test almost a year after failing the first time mainly due to the math. Because of this video I'm not worried at all. So thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all. Side note: I attempted to work the final commissions equation at 41 minutes and 23 second and it so happebs that the numbers should be multiplied not divided.
That one definitely got me I was so excited when I saw my answer up there but then thought twice when I noticed it was the only answer with a comma! I immediately said, "Read dummy!" Great video so far, thank you!
Thank you, great video. Can you do questions on amortization using table with a question like someone's income and car payments etc and to find the loan on 15yrs 5.5%(38%) and 30 yr 6.5%. (28%) debt for home...kind of...I saw the question somewhere and can't find it again.
I took my Class Test this morning. I failed it with a 63%. I got 41 out of 110 wrong. I think it was mainly the Math problems that I got wrong. I believe there were about 10 of them (if I'm not mistaken). I always get confuse with Word Problems in Math. I am good at Algebra and Geometry. But when it comes to solving Word Problems, I get confused. So, I have to retake my Test next Saturday, June 3rd at 10am. I wrote all of these down in my notebook, so I can study them.
Just a heads up… at the 42 min, that’s a multiplication problem if you’re using decimals. Had me second guessing myself for a second lol. Fantastic videos tho, your videos are awesome!
I'm so confused because in the 30.04 timeframe into the video the formula was multiplied but for the same question with a different number @ 33.00 timeframe I'm having to divide it?? How did that differ?
Shouldn’t those GRM problems technically be GIM (not GRM) since it’s an over 4 unit building and you’re dividing by the annual rents? Or is “Annual GRM” a synonym for “GIM”?
Yes that problem definitely tricked me! I don’t know how to calculate .05575.. the calculator just does 0. First, so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! am I using the calculator wrong? when I saw that the answer was c I was so confused
A buyer was told the maximum he could afford to buy a home is buy multiple his annual income by 2.5.How much weekly he can make to afford a home for $39,520K Correct answer $304
This video is a compilation of older videos. Some people were asking for a combination of all questions instead of 35 videos so that's what I did. I edited and put them all together. In the video, if I'm referencing another video I'm referring to another one of 35 questions. Hope that makes sense!
I think that you put extra "0" in your last problem question. I think that it should be "550,000" not "550,0000". I am just letting you know. Thank you for your video.
One of your division problems is wrong. The one with the answer of 22.625.25. The answer is right but you divided by .50 instead of multiplying it. You you do the math the way you wrote it out, you will not get that correct answer. 😊
I don’t mean to sound critical but by the time they are letting us work out these problems you’re already, ready to start talking again. I’ll look at some of your other videos and you have some very easy questions like “what is a broker?” And you say how do you guys have a minute to think about that and I think 🤦🏾♂️. I notice with the math questions it like here’s the problem class and by the time you pick up your pencil, your talking again. Just a tip slow down and give us a chance to answer the math questions and please speed up with the easy answers on your other videos that will give us all a favor. Don’t take offense to this constructive criticism. I noticed this, so I’m telling you so you can get better at what you do. And I follow you because you are a good.
