I just love your lectures! I enjoy these set of videos the better than the 10th edition ones. I love all of your examples and love the Bullet Points you have added to these lectures! I dont think I would of been able to get through this book without you!
Adhi, besides helping me learn about real estate, with your frank and practical terms and examples, the dry humor that you insert in the lessons from time to time, make me LAUGH and pause to fully take in the jokes to then continue. Thank you for putting these lesson here.

These videos are so very helpful- thank you for making your instruction accessible. If I had had prior knowledge, I’d be sitting in your classroom and not the one I am currently in. studying in 2018 - book states a 30 day notice is required for a tenant residing up to one year and 60 days notice for tenant residing for 3 years or more.????? clarification please.
