I used to follow Matt back in the day but somehow lost track of him. When I began listening to this interview I was doing alternate day fasting for weight loss, for a month and a half. Now I'm eating cookies :)
So Matt is still kicking! Too bad he has disappeared and no longer offers his perspective in some regular fashion either here on youtube or on his 180degreehealth site. It would be great to have him challenge the pervading diet and lifestyle dogmas.
