I used a number generator to pick the winner for the giveaway, so congratulations to the first winner, @abonimasims who chose the Modern Luxe kit, and the second winner ‪@kaelynas‬ who won the Poolside Splash kit.
This build is called Dream Apartment 1F and Dream Apartment 2F. Download both floors for the full apartment. It uses NO CC and is available in the Gallery (ID: paszerine)
⚠️ IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE PLACING THIS APARTMENT: the Sims 4 doesn't typically lets us upload apartments to the Gallery, so rather than uploading all rooms individually, I uploaded the ground floor and 2nd floor of this apartment.
Download both floors and place them individually on the apartment. Don't forget to add stairs and turn on your MOVEOBJECTS cheat. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We have yet to have an update where we can download and upload apartments.

I think that kits are actually a pretty good addition to the game since they are so easy to mix and match to any players personal game style.

I am ambivalent about Sims 4 kits. Relatively inexpensive if you only want a few and if you want to make a gift, but bonkers expensive if you make a complete set. Le sigh. Your builds are beautiful and thoughtful! 🎉

I've been playing the Sims for almost 20 years too! It's my comfort game. I like the kits because they add more bite-sized realism to my gameplay and I love all the design elements.

Honestly I enjoy the Sims kits a lot! I think they're a much more inexpensive way of adding unique sims items into your game and as much as I am a CC girlie, items from the kits and packs still hold such a special place in my heart 💞

I was really excited to see a modern luxe bedroom kit as I feel it fits the style to most of my builds, as for the other kit I was excited to see new bathing suit options

I haven't gotten any of the kits yet, but there are some I have my eyes on. I do love CAS and build mode so getting new stuff for that without having to pay as much as for other content does have its appeal.

I think the kits are pretty good. I use them everytime and they kind of are a cheap alternative to some of the expansin packs that have the same style!

I think kits are okay, they're a cheaper alternative to stuff packs and add some more clutter, furniture and clothing to the game. I typically forget about the kits and focus more on expansion and game packs, but the last few EA has come out with have me actually excited to add them to my game! Also just recently found your channel and all your builds are amazing!! I'm so excited to add them to my game 😄

my dream is to have a vacation home, you’ve inspired me to go build that in the sims haha :p in terms of kits… they’re easy to buy because they’re cheap but at the same time kinda expensive for what they are and ea also constantly releases new ones. i own a couple but getting every kit i want will quickly add up :/

Oh cool this is a bit of a different kind of a video! I feel seen because I build about as chaotically as you do 😁😉 I still don't like kits, they're such a money grab imo. You get about the 3rd of the content of a stuff pack with half the price. 🙄 I have a few kits (received as gifts basically :D) and the Courtyard oasis kit is actually one that probably is worth the money though. Kits have a few really nice items though, I'd really want the kids camping kit thingy because it has those small fairy lights that would come in handy in so many builds. And this luxe kit apparently has a record player, I wish that was base game.. 😭 but overall I wish they stopped making kits and focused on stuff packs or then at least lowered the price. Oh and where are the gameplay kits?! :D 🕵️‍♀️

Kits are affordable to get and great if you don't want to spend so much for packs.

I kinda like kits (bb items) actually because those items are so cute and feel more realistic but I prefer them to make stuff pack (exp bathroom clutters + everyday clutters), I'm not really interested on cas outfits, I just feel that EA just want $$$ 😂 Thank you for the giveaway (praying to get modern luxe kit!🤞🏻)

did they fix the apartment gallery upload? I mean the bug that will make anyone to split their apartment building to some type of rooms before upload it to the gallery (or changing the whole apartment to a room by delete some walls)

I have mixed feelings about kits, on one hand its great we have cheaper options to but some content here and there, but on the other hand even though stuff packs cost 2x the amount a kit does it usually has wayy more than 2x the items, so usually i find the other packs are way more worth it. I also wish that they went on sale sometimes or sold in bundles so you could get a slight discount, because at this current price most of the kits seem to expensive to be worth the price

Dear @Paszerine, I am really so intrigued with Sims game. I really wanted to play the Sims because I want to create/build houses like my 'dream house'. The problem is I just don't know how to play it. Can I play it using only my phone? Well, I tried but it has so many tasks to finish or accomplish. I simply wanted to play like what you are doing.. How is that possible? How or where do a player get those items to build, such as roof, windows, door, etc. And the things to furnish a house such as beds chairs, kitchen things, and all..? I wish I can reach you like thru email or what to get help from you. Anyway, thank you. I'm from the Philippines bybtue way.

If they knew something about the new expansion pack via EA telling them, then they wouldn’t be able to make anything related to that. That would break contracts between them and EA. And there’s no way they’re gonna risk that. So probably not, unless they’re all in on it to prank us or something?
