So I now have a SS 22 pair and they're roughly the same. They're now made in Italy but with the same last and attention to detail. Underneath the innersole is now plain but hand finished. The label on the tongue is more comprehensive with the composition and size along with the style number. As you said they're in EU sizing. I'm a UK 38 and the best fit for me is the EU 39. That's a UK 5.5 so if you're between sizes I'd size up. They're a good fit with a tiny bit of extra room in the toebox but I'd rather that than too small! So yes look up the sizing, there are comparison charts around. Finally grab yours quickly as they're going to fly! Especially in white!
I was confused when I got a new pair of white ss22 made in Italy. Because my last ones were made in Portugal but they basically are the same. I think the stitching is a bit better on the Portugal pairs but nothing serious!
So I just bought a pair last week and I’m noticing the lace length is actually shorter than the laces on my white pair as well as the fringes on the end are a tad long everything else matches could it be due to the SS 22

These are awesome and those laces are just amazing. So glad you got them! Lanvin menswear is hugely slept on and I think Sialelli really hit the mark with these trainers, though I do miss Lanvin menswear under Lucas Ossendrijver because he was amazing - btw he will be designing capsule collections for Theory from next year, hoping that he gets to flex his muscles properly there.
I have two pairs, this black pair and the dust pink color way. For my black pair, the box is a standard, non magnetic closure. Everything else checks out and the sneakers are identical. Wondering if you have heard of some of these coming in the same box but with s removable box top versus the magnetic closure. Thanks!
