this kinda video is weirdly nostalgic. It reminds me of when you guys did the Scribblenauts videos (also promoted that game). Idk how most people will feel but seeing this left me feeling kinda warm inside.
This is the strangest Mega64 video. It's like a parallel universe version of them if they got sold to a network. I kept waiting for the bit or reveal but it's just them having fun. It was cool just a bit odd.
You guys are the best, makes me happy to see you guys still hanging out and making awesome stuff. I know certain companies that scaled too hard, maybe lost grip of the vision along the way, but Mega64 has maintained what made them special since the get go in spite of it all. Big respect
The visuals/ colors in this video are unexpectedly beautiful. The colors of the graffiti around the ring really pop. The water balloons/ slingshots/ jelly/ squirt guns all look awesome. Looks like a beautiful day outside. Either the boyz are amazing color editors or I need to move to San Diego.
These are actually the worst Mega64 vids by a mile, but I hope they at least enjoy themselves doing them. I'm not sure how a game like Armed and Gelatinous, a game released in 2016 with a mere four Steam reviews could afford The Boyz, but get that bread.
Our near-sighted early access experiment in 2016 was a terrible mistake... we will never live that down. A&G is 100% different and 1000% better (but still not for everyone). If you played in one of our tournaments at PAX East, South, or way down in Aus back in 2014, you'd understand!!!
