We had a guy who owned Unique Gym in South Africa 1986. This guy was 7.2inch with 22inch biceps and a massive old school chest. He could pull a vacuum like Arnold in the side chest pose was unbelievable. Featured in TV ads and did some Movie appearances in action films like American Ninja and similar low budged action stuff. You don't get how big these guys are till you see them in real life.

I mean it's a pretty stupid myth, "harder to fill out frame" is kinda bullshit, longer bones just means you have a bigger frame like how is that going to be bad??
@@andrewwebb624 It's a pretty simple concept, not sure what you're struggling with. Guys who are taller have a more real estate to fill out due to length. When a guy 5'3 has short arms, the same length as a 10 year old kid, muscle has nowhere to go but out, giving it a thick dense look. Picture a 7ft. basketball player trying to become a bodybuilder. He'd have to weigh 450 pounds ON STAGE to even come CLOSE to the thickness of a short man.
Genuine question : why are most top bodybuilding pros around 5 and a half feet tall? Apart from Big Ramy the Mr O line up looks like the 7 dwarfs.......
I've had more arguments about that Jay Cutler Greg Kovaks picture being Photoshopped than any other bodybuilding picture, dude was a site to be saluted.
Jamie Johal has the craziest FLS ever. I think he's about as wide as Ramy, which is crazy considering how much skinnier he is as he weighs the same as Ramy in contest, but is so much taller.
