Gd morning sir, I have a question for you related to interview in UPSC. Suppose, any candidate who resigned from his govt. deptt after 3 years of service. And 2 years later UPSC released vacancy of higher rank in the same deptt then in that case what should be reply if UPSC ask why u want to join the same even after resignation???? Sir plz reply or u can elaborate this in ur next video that how a candidate should tackle these situation particularly in UPSC interview. Sir, it’s my humble request to u plz throw some light on this issue

I have a question sir main class 8 mein padhati hun main badi hokar IPS officer Banna chahti hun lekin कभी-कभी mujhe study mein man lagta hai kyunki main study isliye Karti hun taki main IPS officer ban sakun lekin kabhi kabhi man nahin karta iske liye main kya Karun jab motivation milta hai to padhne ka man Karta hai jab nahin to nahin but aapke is video se kuchh had Tak motivation mila hai

How can a person with pure mind and heart, ready to face everything described in the video will be able to survive, if his seniors and juniors are corrupt and that person is unable to work with his full potential.....How can we work in such environment...!!!!! Let me answer this for you. They simply can't. Anyone with even the basic most integrity as a human will not be able to function as an IPS or any such service. These people are the biggest dent on law and order themselves .If someone says he/she can he/she is too naive and stupid or too malafide , sometimes it's a mix up also. The reason isn't political pressure but far from it the selection examination/interview , training and other processes as well as the work culture and institutional system of IPS itself is so vile. Even a mere common man's observation will reveal this things to you but if not then ponder over these things a bit; what is actually taught in UPSC syllabus and how, what kind of training and job structure is there, how do these officers function , what impact are you seeing on ground due to their work etc. Further , do ask if you wish to enquire any further.

@@akashbhardwaj9596 it seems that you are very much inspired from the action shown by police in bollywood movies and on youtube.... You don't want to see the reality... We all know how well Justice is being served to common middle class people of India in cases such as - Lakhimpur violence Delhi riots Murders Rapes Hit and run cases..... If any of these are done by some big personality( like politician or actor), many times either police is told shut the case or fear off the victim's family to take their case back....due to political pressure or their seniors tell to do so....Then how can a UPSC aspirant with a hope to help in giving justice to others would happily work...????

Read only if you will completely read it pls do not write hate comments by just reading it half way.forgive me if made an English mistake Dream of ips only if: 1.if you are everready to sacrifice your family plans 2.if you are really good in managing things without being present there Do not go for ips if: 1.you want salutations from juniors as every police officer is serving day and night for country 2.you just want facilities and income as responsibilities as any police offer are million time the facilities Finally I would say that if you are attracted to job profile you will definitely crack exam if you are attracted to facilities,pride and honour you may clear the exam if your iq is very high I can tell all these as crime branch is near my house and I can see those officers work very hard Jai hind

Taking away the power of district law and order from the DM, it should be given to the IPS officer completely, so that the DM can work properly, and the IPS too, and the accountability of both can be fixed smoothly.

Sir agar IPS ko first preference pe rakhte hai to interview mai kya kya questions ban sakte hai kyonki generally people IAS ko first preference pe rakhte hai to interview mai IPS ko laker kin subjects per work kare kyonki agar ips first preference h to panel isko rakhne ka reason bhi puchenge or ips se related or bhi kuch puch sakte h jase Police Reforms, policy , IPC ext.so sir tell us.

With reference of ias divyakirti sir,he once told that if you choos any-service other than ias you got an advantage over other candidates as panel believes that this particular candidate is dedicated towards his choice unlike others who wanted to be an ias but due to ranks got ips and other service and they were initially not satisfied with there job. And about interviews just know why you want to be else a little part could be related policing but they will cover all the areas as its not definite that you will get only ips. So be prepared you gona crack it All the best brother!
