@@ShowZStore why not just send a new figure? And allow me to send the broken item back? Why would you inconvenience the customer by making them wait 14-90 days to give them parts to fix an item? Considering i paid for a new figure not a mdel kit. Also its been over a month and still i have a broken figure. Meanwhile you got my money.

@@ShowZStore they finally have parts waiting to come. However it took 1 week for the figure to come and it was broken. Why replace parts when you could simply send another figure and allow me to return the broken figure? That makes more sense than making me wait 14-90 days for replacement parts. I paid for a new figure not a model kit. Would you pay for an item and then wait 14-90 days for it to get parts to make it work. Your customer service team is very friendly but i would have gladly paid to ship this back to you to get a new figure considering i bought a new figure. And it arrived broken it was clearly a QC issue and no fault of the showzstore. Your packaging is top teir and clearly you did everything in your power to get it to me safely. However when it didnt. I should have just been sent a new one then you can ask for parts fix it and resell at a discount. Im a consumer not a store or a toymaker but now i have to learn how to repair something i Didnt break.
