Jayne, I totally agree with you about age and getting older. My mum was only 42 when she died from a brain haemorrhage, I was 12 at the time. My brother was killed in a motorbike accident at 21, when I was 18. I will be thrilled to celebrate my 50th birthday in October this year. A huge privilege and I am so blessed! ❤❤❤❤

My mental health has taken such a turn this last year and it's so nice to watch you and realise that it happens to many of us. Lovely vlog Jayne, love the orchid I have one I’m hoping I can keep this one for a while I’ve had them before & I’m terrible I think I overwatered them. I agree that we should enjoy & not worry about our age after we lost our daughter it made us think life is for living enjoy everything ❤xx

I used to moan about getting older but the last few years I've realized to embrace my age❤ bless you Jayne thankyou for your mention about being body confident. I was really nervous wearing shorts the other day thinking what people might think of my bloomin wobbly legs😬😬 in reality it was all in my head I felt quite empowered to be honest and if someone didn't like what I wore well tough it's their problem not mine😂❤

Hi jayne i agree health always comes first i had a brsin tumour removef in2020 and now have a 2nd brain tumour which is not operable im now 55 and live for each day 😊❤
