Welcome back, you've been missed. So pleased about the 10,000 subscriber achievement, congratulations!! I'd seen it go up from 9,96 to 9,98 then it was stuck on 9.99 for what seemed like ages!! Lovely to see you back Jayne. Trying to catch up on your videos. We've come away for the weekend in Somerset after all the upheaval of our new bathroom being fitted. It's now finished and its beautiful ❤ but phew I'm so glad it's all finished now. It's been lovely to get away from it all. Weathers been quite nice though had few showers and bit chilly. Looking forward to catching up on your videos 😊

Congratulations on 10K ❤️ Also do not worry about how clean your house is for the Valuer coming - they are not looking at that … they are looking at overall size , area and condition of things such a roof , electrics etc. …. I have been an Estate Agent for 10 years xx

Awwww Jayne ! I feel for you with all the cleaning & getting it valued 😮 Imagine it being on the market & people viewing it everyday 😮 It’s enough to put you off moving ! But my advice is just live normally people don’t expect a show house it’s a lived in family home with pets ❤ Haha the man baby 😂 I love it

Congratulations on 10,000 Jayne, hope all works out on new home, I do love what you have done inside and your lovely garden. In the US the realtors want no family pics out on display, it’s considered too personal, no clutter on kitchen and bathroom counters, clean, tidy and smelling fresh but not perfume, good luck and how exciting!! ❤
