Hi Louise, thank you for sharing this video, sometimes life can be so cruel especially when you plan to have a few days off work and things don't work out the way you hoped, but I was so happy for you and it was lovely to see you happy and smiling at the other end . I’m so proud of you! I understand you are not where you want to be mental health wise, but I can see improvements from previous videos. After getting really low, when you started cooking, listening to shows etc, it seemed to help some. I also heard you actively try to reframe your thinking of all negatives and you came up with some positives.I think this week you had a lot of challenges, but you faced many of them. Perhaps there was a time when you didn’t challenge any of your thinking patterns. I don’t know, but I’m enjoying watching your journey and it does help me think about some of the things I could work on too.

Hi Louise get some washing soda and put in the upstairs sink as well and down stairs silk with boiling water out the kettle oh Louise it's life a its been a shitty day just go with the flow why don't you just write things in a books what ever is on your mind its in the book
