Real Live Casino Craps Game is the first to appear on the Color Up channel. I received permission to film at Century Casino in Central City, CO. Thanks to Rick at Let it Roll for his connections there. This is a huge live dice roll that lasts for over 45 rolls. "Lit" the shooter, also hit the craps side bet, ride the line. I gave up my spot at the table so he could roll the dice, and he had great luck coloring up!

Yes, you can add to your pass line bet after the point is set. Technically called a "put bet" it is almost always in the casinos favor and not a great idea for the player. Here is a video about it - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ymzoh9Hf7Ps.html

alot of casinos make you increase your line bet depending on your odds bet too, so for example it has to stay 5:1 if a 10 dollar bet you can only max the odds to 50 dollars unless you add more on the line.

Only takes about 12-15 rolls and a point hit or two, and you can feel the excitement at the craps table. I do not necessarily mean this video. I mean when you actually play the game. It's exhilarating when you are on the right side of variance. Having that feeling last minutes...into hours, is indescribable. It's why people gamble. This roll is exactly why I love craps!

I’m surprised people were not screaming with excitement at this table. I’ve seen lesser exciting thing (a guy putting $100 on boxcars and hitting) and the table going bananas. No word of a lie, if I was there I’d have been up at least 5 grand. When someone’s hot you get your chips on the table!

I have been a dice dealer for 25+ years and the longest roll I was a dealer to was 2 hours and 10 minutes. I have no idea how many passes or rolls but it was cool. The lady shooter never bet more than 5 dollars on the line. No place no odds no anything. It was a Friday afternoon and that is a slow time before the weekend crowd comes in and the casino was very lucky. I believe the pit told us the table only lost 10 thousand if it was just a few hours later it would have been closer to million. Friday night tends to be the night when our high rollers come in because it’s not quite busy enough to interrupt their game. I’ll just call them sam and Jackson, if they were at the table Jackson would have won a million alone and Sam maybe half that.

Yep, the two world record rolls where both beginner grandmothers, not much money won by them. To win a lot you have to be aggressive, but those long rolls are rare. Its hard to always play aggressive as most times you lose more money, but that one time the dice keep rolling......😄

@@ColorUp see I just found this after my first casino experience. My longest roll was approaching 1 hr and I was only betting $5 to be conservative. The guy next to me that I was making money for said “scared money don’t make no money”. So for the last roll of the night (closed out the casino on the ship) I bet heavily and won. Left out $120 up over days of losing to blackjack, slots, and Texas holdem 😅

@@ColorUp Correction, to win a lot from a long roll you need to be aggressive. I have won a lot of money just playing pass line odds and it doesn't really benefit from long rolls.

Im a daily shooter..i can go 27 numbers and make a boat load of money..i couldn't Amagan having a roll this long..i would of been at table limits and pressing all the way after 5 rolls..thank you so much for the video..its nice to see a good shooter

Sounds like a nice firm table to throw on, not like a lot of the trampolines most of the tables in Vegas have become. The dice just die on the spot, and he is throwing from a long way out too. Great job! Keep posting the location of these types of tables.

@@ColorUp As long as they don't change the felt while they're closed. It seems like the casinos are making alot of changes to make for their lost revenue. Table minimum bets are so high now--this $5 dollar table seems rare. I"m guessing tables will be bouncier than ever. Any video showing hard tables like this--I would make an effort to visit that casino if possible.

I live in Reno now and most tables are hard and not bouncy. casinos have had record breaking year of profit, they aren’t making up for lost revenue, they are being greedy with higher tables now. Was just reading report, last month Vegas craps tables took in $40 million profit in November !!!

I remember about 4 years ago my brother and I were in Vegas for march madness and walked up to the one 10 dollar table we could find at margaritaville and it was full, one person said guy had been rolling for about 45 min. We stood there for another hour and guy was still rolling 😭sad thing was it was a table full of people who weren’t really pressing bets. I think the biggest bet on a number I saw was $60 dollars. I was sick guy that was rolling started with 300 and cashed out about 5k meaning I missed out on a mid 5 figure payout because I couldn’t get on game.

Dont play that much but I enjoy it. I have never been at a table where one shooter kept the dice for more than 10 minutes. Like I said, I dont play that often. Have been going to Reno a lot for work lately. Place is a dump but at least I can get my craps fix!!! They have crappy casinos where I live but I wont go out of my way to go to them since they all have the crappy dice in a bubble craps game. Tried it once and HATED it!!!

I played along at home and only on the field. Starting with $500, $10 bets on Field. Each bet lost I doubled last bet and added 1 unit($10). For Example: $10, $30, $70 $150, $310. Finished with $1030 in my pocket. Not sure what the table ceiling limit was for single field but I nailed a 12 with $150, and 2 $310s :D

At the 4:55 mark the player on the right sneaks an extra chip onto his pass line bet. Pretty blatantly, was not caught by the dealer. Point was set at 5.

Ok am I wrong? This guy adds to his pass line bet every time after a point is established. I thought only odds could be added and taken away to the pass line bet while the puck is on. To blatant to be a cheat. He must just not know and dealers are not seeing it?

I've been trying to learn the game more and more but have never actually played in person. Only online. One question I have, why do they do 6 or 12 dollar bets on 6 and 8 instead of a flat 5 or 10 dollar bet?

You are allowed to bet $5, just not a good idea. Because those numbers pay 7:6 so a $6 bet wins $7. If you bet $5 it would pay $5.80 which they would round down to $5. So 6 to win 7 or 5 to win 5

Now, when I watched people play too, whenever someone would roll and hit a number, let's say it hits 6 but the point is 9, a person would win then immediately throw a dealer a $1 chip. Is that just a tip for the dealer?

@@shugkane4663 If you have a Place bet on the 6 or 8 for $12, and the shooter rolls a 6 or 8, it will pay $14. The dealer will give you $15 if you give them $1.

You will notice the roll before the 5 was repeated. The point was hit, and the puck went off. This means the game is restarting. For the beginning of the come out roll, the 7-11 is a winner for the pass line and all place bets are "off" by default because the puck is off.

I tried breaking down the odds on his bets and paybacks and all of that, and as far as I can tell, the pullback there was off way in casino favor unless I'm not understanding some weird odds bets he might have made. Even if so, it seems like it wouldn't be extracted there. Did the casino initially overpay him and subseqently rob him of more than they should have? That's what I'm seeing, but I'm new so who knows...

Pass line and come are basically same bet. Yes, lowest house edge bet. Some people just prefer place bets to come bets.

I had a roll like this last year on a $25 table at Bally's in Las Vegas; I rolled that "All or Nothing" prop bet that paid 175 to 1. Several people had $5 bets on it and two of them tipped me a $25 chip for rolling it. I was just betting mainly the 6 and 8, but I still won over 2 k on the roll. People were coming up to me on the casino floor the next day and complimenting me on the "nice roll last night."

Side bet called “ride the line” come out roll naturals (7/11) and points hit. The more you hit the higher the payout

Now that’s a hot shooter! Damn!! I was focusing on his dice release and landing zones, consistent, precise and accurate. Also his shifting of the set numbers on his dice, it looks as though he started with a hard ways set, then kept switching it to random set numbers and back to hard way sets. Very, very impressive! That one gentleman to his right banked in odds bets, started small with $10 chips then right away amped it up with $25 chips! Towards the end there started getting paid with $100 chips! Nice.

Yeah I noticed they guy on the right getting paid on odds bets. What were the odds on the table - 3x 4x 5x? On one bet, it looked like he had $60 behind the pass line on a $10 bet.

@@Jim_Curtis Oh yeah brother I noticed that too and he was banking just stacking and stacking his winnings, years ago in Vegas when I first got on my first table to play I didn’t know anything at all other than just throwing the dice so I did go to find out I can throw a lot of rolls I believe I threw about 28th Straight. A gentleman and a good looking tuxedo with his lady and his tray full of chips wound up walking away from the table off my 28 rolls with another two racks with a total of three racks in chips walked around to me and shook my hand give me $100 chip and told me I better study the game thank me for making him a lot of money lol

@@Jim_Curtis that guy was CHEATING. he placed his bet on the pass line. then eg at 33:03 AFTER the point was nine he laid odds on the back AND doubled his pass line bet. you cant do that when the point is in play. regarding the odds behine it varies , i see other videos where you can play up to 10x behind but as i say that guy was upping his pass bet so he could bet more behind!!

Where is this place because in my casino you cant add to your pass line to increase your odds after a point is made. The guy left of stick did it. It's a contract bet that's like adding to you bet after your see your first 2 cards in blackjack.

I was talking about adding to you line bet to increase your odds. I know if you are at max old most will just place the rest. Because your odds on the pass line are the true odds of the dice. The casino edge is all on the pass line right? And the pass line is a contract bet you cant change contracted bets I thought

Man when I graduated high school we had a lock in where they had a craps table in the casino using fake money. I spent like 90% of my night playing craps and had a blast. I remembered that experience recently and your videos have re-taught me what I had long forgotten in rules but not in the feeling and excitement. Someday soon I will be visiting my local casino and play some craps using some of the strategies you have given me.

I had the same experience at Towson University back in 2003. They had a college casino night. Gave us $5000 in fake money to start. I played mostly just craps and won about $55,000. I was so happy even tho it was fake money. Very fun times!

At 27:10 and 31:40, we get a clear view of the dice (I assume this was the same set he was using throughout the game). Looks like he was setting them with 4's on top and 5's facing him.

i bet it was a 7 combination. Makes sense. It's hard to roll 7 if the dice is on a 7 being set since it would roll away from that combo.

LIT: After 5 rolls, the Ride The Line advanced three times. 3 more rolls, another advance. This was the precursor to the epic roll that you had. Having seen Rick's video on your shoot, it was very enjoyable seeing it again from your end of the table. I would love to shoot with you again. The end of the table is my favorite spot to shoot from as well.
