Okay, anyone that doesn't like Candy or celebrate Christmas might be a difficult person to get used to. The Pearl thing was just cold on Brooke's part. She's kind of a 🥶 one.
Bless this young couple my only worries is Brooke is staying very quiet on important differences religion, food, and other things which display her personality. It looks like she’s agreeable but just as we saw with the “borrowed” pearls let’s hope her passive aggressive actions will not troubles later..
@@Thewondersofgreatnes Online somewhere I can't remember. with the way, Brooke is no wonder why it didn't last long. if she wasn't homeschooled and was sent to school she would have learned proper social skills and how to treat people around her with respect. the way she is it's due to her parents teaching her to be rude and nasty.
@@gwens5093 Wow, "Gwen S" you are taking things very personally. When I said attractive, I was not talking about physical beauty. You are the one making that assumption. Do you not think the Bride is pretty? I think she is physically pretty BUT that snub of the groom's mother who let her borrow her pearls was VERY ugly. Bride is an insular snob. Time will tell how well this marriage goes. I would not place bets on long term success. It's also a big red flag that bride has no female peer friends. But time will tell.
@@gwens5093 The pearls were a gesture of good will and an olive branch. The bride asked if the pearls were real and then refused to wear the pearls. So yes, UGLY shows no matter how physically attractive a person can be.
@@rebeccaroehmholdt4258 C 4 weeks ago (edited) @kathrine kathrine dang ok I just want to know the latest news, I’m placing my bets that they did indeed divorce though. Edit: I just did some lurking and have confirmation they are indeed divorced. His name isn’t actually Austin.. so her name must not actually be Brooke, unless after the show he changed his name?
I suspect that the bride and her family are Jehovah Witnesses which would explain why they are fine with her marrying so young and also why the parents married so young. If that is the case, we’re not just talking no Christmas, they don’t celebrate anything: birthdays, Easter, Valentines, Halloween, etc. You really need to be on the same page with shared values in that situation as it affects your whole family and the way you raise your kids. JW also place no value on a woman’s education as they will not be permitted to attend college or work outside the home- so they will be a single income family. It would also explain why she is homeschooled, which is too bad because she certainly could use some building up of her social skills- outrageously rude to everyone around her. Just a thought as they don’t actually tell you the family’s specific religion. As a side note, I myself am not religious but worked with many elderly residents in Therapeutic Recreation for 20 years and had to be aware of all of their specific religious needs, from Anglican to Jewish, etc. I have no personal opinion about any religion in particular.
They were not a bit alike! I remember them well! I was looking for an update and someone said they were divorced! Not surprised, this was a ridiculous marriage!
I follow Jesus and I read the Bible every day. I celebrate Christmas. I love Christmas time and the celebrations, and our church celebration. That would be a deal breaker for me.
Oh come on Brook is a loose cannon. look how she treated Austin's family and friends. she is so cold-hearted and very nasty. good thing wasn't my sister. I would make where she would be sent away for good.
That's cause he was stupid at the time and not thinking realistically. took him 3 years to finally wake up and smell the coffee. to realize how nasty Brook really is and that's due to her parents always gave her whatever she wanted. now she is a single mother. I am guessing she will be single for life. judging by how she treated Austin's family and friends no one would want to be with her. from what they watched here on my teenage wedding.
