Tbh only the first two girl are in the healthy weight range, but nearing underweight. Nana and jimin are underweight. You can check their bmi if u dont believe.
bmi is complete nonsense and not very scientific for the current day. If the person generally looks healthy that says much more. All bmi factors is weight and height it's a guesstimate at best.
@@434x18 BMI doesnt justify atheltese and weight lifters. As they have muscle more than fat they tend to get more BMI numbers. But if your BMI is low u seriously need to take care of yourself. BMI applies to all type of people except athletes and players
Korean be like: All girls need to be under 50kg regardless their height measures. 57kg for someone who is 171cm is pretty normal, isn't even overweight.
If i remember correctly these height/weight ins are always after breakfast or smth, so with food + water they can easily weight up to 2 kg more, than they did after waking up.

The woman 1m71.7/57kg (overweight for artist but perfect weight for normal person) but in my opinion she still look slim, so weight isn't important. Nana has body goal for idol but to me she is quite underweight and skinny.
I know it’s cultural but it’s ridiculous and disgusting how unrealistic their weight expectations are. They all need to be around 50kg despite their height. Some people are naturally skinny I get it. But It’s disgustingly annoying at a certain point not to mention unhealthy when that’s what they aim for.
Girls, don't be sad because you are not skinny like them. it was overrated! Everybody's body is different, so you have to take notes of the muscle mass etc. the weight u see in normal weighing scale is not accurate, you gotta take into consideration at the fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass! WAKE UP OK! stop making weird beauty standards. LOVE YOURSELF
