It's honestly heartbreaking to think of all the history in that house and those gorgeous books rotting away and being forgotten.

Hi lads, great video. I'm a bit of a military history nerd, I used to collect military stuff when I was a kid and have always been interested in this kind of thing. The medal bands on the uniform are definately ww2. They are the defence medal and the 1939-45 star medal bands. The insignia I can see on the uniform and cap (had to replay and pause then google to check) are for the welsh guards. The boots you found are riding boots - I would associate this with an officer ( thought they might be ww1 at first, but due to other evidence perhaps ww2) . Almost certainly an officer's boots, . I would say that the previous owner was a ww2 officer. The medals don't necessarily mean that he served abroad. I would guess that he was stationed in the UK , otherwise there would be other medals. There may be more of a story to tell, but I hope this is of interest. Keep going with the videos, they're great. Sorry for the incoherent tangent, I've had a few to drink and my eyesight is shit so I have to squint to read this tiny text.

Two things: the old clock you heard, that was working, needs to be wound every 12 or so hours in order to work. Also, the military boots you saw with the forms inside, the man who owned them, was in a photo you saw later that evening.

"Every day I get better and better" was a mantra they taught wounded WWII soldiers to help them heal from their injuries. It worked. Great video!

The stuff in this place…OHMYGOODNESS, it belongs in a museum and should be looked after. I know I sound like a broken record, but I just think it’s crazy..To me it makes me feel like after life, to others we really are forgotten more than we realize. It’s good to know that one day we will never be forgotten. All things beautiful again ❤We can never lose hope, that’s all we really have to hold on to..and I have great hope!

The military gentleman whos boots and uniform show here would appear to be a rank of Captain if on his uniform or Army photo he has 3 stars or shoulder pips . He is a Guardsman officer of the Welsh Guards. Cap badge on his officers cap & brass jacket buttons are so (leeks). The boots (brogues) with leather spats were 'de rigeur' for Guards staff officers. He must have cut the rug :) The 2 medal ribbons (on his jacket) are the Defence Medal (issued to s/men of WWII) & the 1939-45 Star (180 days operational service between these dates). Why he does not have the War Medal 1939-1945 ribbon too is a mystery. Usually do. Might have been a WWII late entry?!? These things need saving for the family along with the photos for sure x

This is the second video I have watched of these ghost hunters. OMG, I love them they are so funny and they do a great job of investigating. They don't go over the top to try to convince you every sound is from a ghost. I can't wait to watch their other videos. Keep up the awesome work and be careful please

Wow, what a place! I’m surprised you didn’t use the radio as a spirit box, keep twisting that dial ‘til you hear a possible relevant response! Those tunic buttons looked like Royal Signal Core, but don’t quote me on that! There’s something there that wanted to be heard, definitely somewhere to return for another investigation. I heard the footsteps shuffling around you when you were upstairs, i can imagine very unsettling, making you freeze to the spot lol and the singing and the radio which was really strange. Why is the clock still working??? "We love your house...it needs as bit of work." I think the female spirits were a little confused, you complained how awful their house was, then you said out loud how much you liked it. I think you hurt their feelings....: (. As for the military coats, I'm sure someone could identify it from the buttons. Wonderful episode!

You guys do awesome investigations & I enjoy every second cuz we get to laugh the whole time as well 😂😂 I have one suggestion? The constant creepy music doesn't allow us to hear evp's, etc that you all might miss during editing. Maybe sometimes leave the music out? If not, I completely understand 😂 I'm a weirdo.

Another fantastic vid guys really enjoyed that one especially the radio and torch combo. Surprised the batteries were still working and not corroded. Something in that room definitely wanted your attention.

You guys hit some amazing locations. One thing I would ask or recommend is to please take a moment to put periodicals or calendars found on camera. I love to see anything that might date the period of last occupancy.

When Joe was pointing his camera at some photos and said that the people in them may have lived in the house, he focused on one last, really old photo of a man and in it it looks like he might be wearing the tall, military style boots they found sitting on the table. Someone should be contacted in order to salvage all of the historical artifacts and antiques in that house before they're stolen or destroyed. It's so sad to see peoples entire lives just left to rot. Where I live, in Canada, people spend most of their lives working to pay off their mortgages, so houses are passed down and inherited after the owners die. How do so many properties in the UK end up abandoned and not inherited or reclaimed by the city? If I didn't pay my property taxes for a year, my house would be repossessed by the bank and sold off at auction!! I'm just so curious about how this happens?? Fascinating location and investigation guys!!!

Amazing house. You're right about the uniforms - they need to be preserved. I looked up the buttons and they look to have been from the Welsh Guards. The hat at 9:10 is from WWI and so are the boots. They belonged to an officer. The same with the uniform jacket at 12:20. Thought you might want to know.

Also I note another example of a mix of apparent poltergeist, so-called stone tape and interactive phenomena all happening at once- is it time to stop trying to rigidly categorise phenomena? I wonder if the well-known haunting types defined by the greats (Peter Underwood etc) do not represent totally different root causes…

I had someone speak directly into my ear once upon a time, it was super disturbing and it was a message and verbiage that I will never forget...SO unexpected and random. I got chills when Joe said 'someone just spoke to me'.

Hi Chaps, still catching up on your back catalogue. Another enjoyable video. Just a point of interest, while watching your video, I had my own ghost hunting equipment switched on. These were being activated by your questions. So my rampod, ghost tube and EMF detector appeared to be responding to the questions you were asking in your video. The timing seem to be extraordinary and more than just coincidence. I have now paused your video to write this message and none of my devices are reacting anymore. This isn’t the first time it’s happened although it is the first time I’ve had all devices in the room at the same time. It’s not unreasonable to think that the ghosts in my house maybe believe that you’re asking them questions. We should bear in mind, that’s not all ghosts are up with technology and may therefore be confused by it. I wonder if others have experienced the same thing?

Not so often this happens with me but this place makes me uneasy as can be! I'm an empath but empath doesn't exactly mean it's why I can see and communicate with the dead. You should take that uniform and see if it can be clean because that uniform should be respected. You could even donate it to a museum or something because that is an older army suit I have a picture of my daddy in one like that
