On one hand, since Reiki, energy healing, chakras, and all that stuff have no scientific basis nor proofs, I don't believe in it as it's irrational to do so. On the other hand, when it comes to asmr, this video is exceptional. It's not an exageration. It's perfect and I'd love to see new vids of it. So while we disagree on stuff, still the content is of tremendous quality

I prefer them with music you do enough whispers and fans it fixes my health troubles. I get more tingles and pulsing with the music and talking whispers are the best ASMR for me .
