That’s really sad that someone would do that. There was a guy down in Georgia last year that was doing something like that. I don’t know if they caught him or not.
The best job I ever had besides Walmart was Jones Logistics out of Mississippi. I hauled Generac Generators from Wisconsin to California...multi drops 12 stops. They paid me $28.00 an hour electronic log for all on-duty and driving time..Averaged $1900 a week....stress free...wish I never left..Electronic tailgate delivery. I think a trucks need to be paid by the hours...no more stress and safer drivers....It ok buddy call me a asshole but it worked for me.
I am going to teach this trick as well. Everyone, none stop, is losing money. Here is how you fix it and never lose the money. Simple. You can live on it in due time. Off the interest. Find a bank with a high savings account interest rate. Start putting money into it and don't take it out. Banks use that money to lend out on loans. You get paid for them doing so. In time. The interest will pay for everything lost. Also. If you get it high enough. Depending on you. You can live off just the internet made.
What most of these drivers don't understand, some do but still don't give a shit is by taking that cheap freight all the time you are doing nothing but lowering the price of that whole freight lane. I'll dead head 1,000 miles it I got to. I'll never haul cheap freight. Stay safe my Brother.

4 days to pick up the load, good sign other drivers are refusing CHEAP freight and bandit got lucky with a good $ amount for the load 🙏🏼🤙🏼. As for sliding tandems, there’s a couple states that require tandems to be in a certain spot. So always beware of that when sliding tandems drivers 🤘🏼. Have you come across Indian drivers with a huge decal of some leader with a AK-47 or a lion on the side of their sleepers? 😂😂
That's incredible that you're able to stop smoking like that. I give you much respect period. The only downside of stopping one habit. You should replace it with a good habit. Preferably, that gives you endorphins, I hit a speedbag. Which? You can set up very easily and get A awesome cardio workout and develope awsome eye hand cordination.

I saw these crusty dude at a truck stop last week. He had food particles in his beard. Some of it was spoiled food. Looked like cheese bits. And his teeth were moldy. Like something out of a horror movie.

We call them SCABS that take low paying loads. This lumper fee shit should already be paid before we get there the company who is shipping it should pay that shit.

Bra...Indians aren't the problem...The people using them like slaves are the ones to blame. As far as detention remember, the load is legally yours once it is in your trailer and the BOL is signed. From there, you can ask for detention fees with your GPS as proofs,. You can also ask for COD payment if you don't trust the broker. Been there done that. Take care and by the way, that Mack Superliner in the previous episode was something else. Drove one of them back in the early 90s not the most luxurious truck inside but strong and fuel per mile was unbeatable.

Don't take this the wrong way never use grease on trailer sliding pins use slide rite its a graphite dries quickly dirt doesn't stick to it tractor supply has it works great use it on the sliding tracks get the quart can use a paint brush to apply it mix it good with a paint stick I have been using it for years I think you'll like it

They Kraft foods is getting to know you very well and treat you with greatest respect of any company because you treat them rite by picking up and delivering with no issues ever... I have some customers like that too it doesn't matter what time I get there they take me before other companies then the drivers get mad and pissed off at me because they were ahead of me I tell them I don't care they know how I roll so they bump me to the head of the line drivers complain to them they get the fuck out of here you cry babies .... I never complain to them and I always make my pickups and my deliveries just like you do on time no matter what it takes and they are always very happy with me .....
Bandit, it's fine to be frugal with your money, you earned it, especially if you are saving $60+ dollars out-of-pocket. PS. I bet your windows are cleaner too, no more tar buildup on the inside from the smoke.
The bad thing about trucking today is there's no way to contact wherever you're picking up a load you got to depend on a broker, or your dispatchers so who lies to you the most the broker???

I ordered and paid for an item from the depot and when I went to pick it up, it was out of stock. Turns out the item was bought by a walk-in buyer before the online stock picker went to get it.
