look im a brand new NCTzen and tbh i knew about winwin just never saw him and was always like where the fuck is he in every mv they ever put out so i was like maybe he just isnt in nct 127 but now im confused can someone explain?

Liel ben atar winwin is still in nct 127 currently. As nct 127 is a unit where members can keep joining but they don’t leave, I think he will probably stay there. The reason why you don’t see winwin around in mvs is because SM treats their chinese artists unfairly and hence winwin has very little lines and screen time. He mostly dances at the back and he’s hardly in the centre. Btw sorry if my explanation sounds a little weird, english is not my strongest language (‘:

But....Jaehyun did not speak either during their regular reaction so I don't think we should read too much into it. The membres are probably upset Winwin could not participate but if he did, he would have been extremely tired juggling between the promotion and preparing for NCT China's debut. I get that we're upset towards SM for not managing this promotion properly to allow winwin to participate, but we should not be negative in a space where the members who worked hard to film this mv reaction can see it.

Z I think nobody here would deny all of their efforts, and we're not making a negative space. I think we are just concerned. And either jaehyun is or is not sad about it, my comment didn't include any negative thing towards no one. And I was just considering his kindness.

Let's winwin, not loselose hehehe... I was so focused on EXO's comеback recently that totally missed notifications about NCT's repackage... I was truly surprised by the teaser of Simon Says and it was like WOWWWW !!! And then I realized that the same night I had a dream which is obviously connected with the release of this new song! 💕💕💕 In my dream I was going down the stairs with quite a lot boys around me, when suddenly another squad of boys (somehow I knew that they were five exactly) "attacked" the boys around me, while transforming in that kind of beast from Black on Black and We Go Up... They looked just like NCT in military uniforms I realized when I woke up! And in the dream the boys around me transformed into lions to handle the attack (probably my beloved EXO they were and other top k-pop groups)... But all this was imaginary - like a symbol only, because I was seeing them both as boys and beasts at the same time. When I woke up my first thought was that NCT is going on a "war" to challenge the lions of the day... Of course the war is metaphorical in another aspect as well - to challenge those who's rules we have to change as a mankind... :) When the MV came I was even more surprised while I read comments about the scary shout in the beginning of the song like this one: "It's a Maori war cry in the beginning, the indigenous people of New Zealand. It’s so interesting like how did they even got the idea to put this in a song?" So, the boys are on a war for winning recognition and probably that's way in my dream the number was 5 (it's too long to explain the aspects of the number, but on the gear of the red car in the MV there were 5 section and the whole thing presented the "ruling" table divided into 2 opposing teams, like in the song BOSS)... I'm wondering what these six 111111 as a sigh in front of the car could possible mean, but what comes to my mind is... transition from Fifth to Sixth Cultural Race when the separation is going to be overcome through the connection from inside: 1 as number is Unity and leadership as well...

NCT were so quiet in that moment. It was heartbreaking. SM deliberately chose the last moment to tell the fans he can’t be in the promotions. And when we saw the mv he was not in the choreo too. SM took him out of the group temporarily (or possibly permanently but we don’t know) so he can promote with WayV in China. SM tries to erase any evidence that winwin was ever a part of nct but that’s why I’m here to remind everyone :) (Winwin can be seen in all of his loveliness at 0:04 on the far left)

They once mention that Winwin only train for a year before he debuted maybe that’s why he wasn’t able to fully practice and enhance his vocal or rap skills but because he is good at dancing SM made him debut. And at that time his Korean isn’t good yet and might be hard for him to express the songs. Maybe in the future or in this new NCT unit they maybe give him more lines that he deserve 😃.

He is win win after all and he is beloved member of 127. So maybe he feels bad he wont have a chance to promote with all of the hardwork at this time and 127 team put into this year especially. But he will have a chance to still when chinaline is on break.

Yes he should get more line but to be honest I cannot remember hearing his singing voice/rap. He is still struggling with Korean so I guess when you distribute the song line you still have to consider can they handle remembering those lines while dancing and performing live.
