@@MetalpazalltewayHe lost his confidence after Mourinho benched him for Diego Lopez and it was a good decision. Casillas is the reason why they almost lost "the tenth" not because Atletico did well but because of his mistakes which happened frequently.
Whaaaaaat? They go while they are great and will be remembered as being great. Hanging on and on, the club maybe losing more and more, fans not filling Stadions, because they're not great anymore. Kroos put Real Madrid first, Real Madrid was his dream and he did the right thing. Yes, I would have loved to see more of him, but he has my respect, because this was the hardest thing to do. Nobody has to tell him it's time to go, you're not good anymore. It takes courage!
Bro C'mon, You guys are definitely trolling. You should compare kroos with the like of Xavi, iniesta, modrich, Gerard Steven not frenkie dejong man. Dejong won't lace kroos boots. The players I have mentioned are the only mids better than kroos this era nad the previous@@IMVURYSMART. Dejong it world class but can't enter that elite class yet
Dortmund: We’re gonna win the UCL final to give our legend Reus a perfect goodbye: Ancelotti: Write that down, write that down! *sends Kroos into retirement*
As a barca fan this is how legends should leave. Modric should have done the same but respect him nonetheless. Both are legends and nothing can take that away.
He's gonna train youth...... You should check out his football academy (I think the name is Toni Kroos academy only but Google to be sure) it's already up and running as he was growing it while he played
Why is everybody saying he didn't say the reason when he clearly stated the reason. He wants to go out while he's still the very best at the game. It's a good time for him to leave at his best.
Wait ronaldo is currently the most ucl holder with 5 and madrid winning means many madrid veterans would surpass ronaldo.. making Messi world cup win even more special. I am sad as a ronaldo fan😢
Damn if he stayed one more season it would he 7 club world cups more than anymore would ever reach. He was so good and under the radar who ever went for him needs a noble peace prize
If he still at his peak why he want to retire he can still go to other teams like juve they're still not a bad side or even play in the Saudi league too he still have 2-3 years left ..this video doesn't make sense ..
He's retiring from professional football but he is not retiring from work. He already has a football school for children and he is a real business man. He's not like all the other footballers, who breaks after a few years after retiring.
You don't even have to take a look at Modric, Kroos himself admitted in the press conference that he did not want to sit on the bench. Kroos and Modric both want to retire at Real Madrid, but it was and still is more obvious that Kroos meant it, I love Modric, but im not sure if he will retire next season or go to another team.
Takes the “die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain (except here it’s live long enough to see your play become shit)” to a whole new level
@@IMVURYSMARTDrugs. De jong can't lace Toni kroos boots. Toni is in the like of iniesta, Xavi, modrich, Steven Gerard etc not de jong. De jong is class though
If he wins the ucl and the euros he deserves a ballon dor, he should already have one for all hes done but the euros will mean hes literally won every competition hes ever played in while being the guy that controls every game
@@Najermiironically Toni Kroos would still be in a good shape for the 2026 World cup. Not only he is retiring Early. But He Will Waste it Missing out on another World cup While he is still in a good physique
