Real Skateboards 3 ply Wooden Riser Pads Review - Skateboard Gear Review 

Thanks for taking one for the team. I've seen these riser pad and it seemed like one of those ideas that are good in theory but in reality much different. The price of these Real riser pads doesn't seem to give you much value.

we used riser pads back in the 80's to gain more height in our ollies

I got the 1/8 for my thunder lunar hollow lights because the plastic has more of a change to slip. And not that I needed more wheel clearance But to change the geometry of the pop. Hollow lights are 48 mill tall.. and that 1/8 is ruffly 3 millimeters giving me 51 mill doesn't sound like much but it made a difference I lightly sanded them to make them stick better also.

What do you think about shock pads, reduce vibratuons in the streets? Less broken boards?

what about shock pads?? i was thinking if will be a good combo with hard wheels like bones spf, trying to vibrate a little less

listen man. you seem cool and your a good kid. you should try to cut the honestly from your vocabulary. your to smart to fall in with the guys that feel the need to double stamp everything the say. we believe you. i had a man at a job interview point that out to me and i stopped doing it. now when i hear others do it i see what he was trying to tell me and you will too.
