Blac Jac, and Six Shooter are the only ones you mentioned that are still active They were just knocked out, Blac Jac just didnt get up, and he had his Faceplate torn off by Zeus Blacktop is another case, he was just knocked out by Atom into the car, but he didn't get destroyed, it was the people who threw drinks at Blacktop causing him to stop working

You forgot about the mentioned (but not shown) fight of Zeus vs. Axelrod, where we see Axelrod's upper body half being towed into the back of the stadium while it's still sparking and freaking out.
