hello sir, sir my sincere request for another session with brig.thakur sir on meditation.. on his last podcast he emphasis on meditation and visualisation and on this session he said one sentence that you should be able to control your breath in tense situation, if you want to join the special forces.. i would also like to know as to what this special forces officer has to say about today rat race culture, comparison, societal pressure, competing with friend as to who got the best package, car etc.. SF soldiers for me are like modern saint.. because they speak from experience. be it jacob sir or thakur sir.. their perspective on life and their mentality is what differentiate them from normal being operating in normal environment. so please sir... make it happen soon, humble request.. and same sort of daily life challenges podcast with major sushant singh (para sf) thank you! 🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐

Being ghost operators is safe. No need to face enemy till the last moment. A regular infantry man first faces enemy artillery, then his obstacles, then his deadly fire. Still these heroes get paid more than infantry!
