The podcast is good, but it missed some important points 👇👇👇👇 1. Promotion aspect :- Why are promotions in CAPF much slower than other Armed Forces and Police? 2. When will CAPF get the Old Pension Scheme?? 3. When will an Assistant Commandant become (DG), Director General in CAPF??? But the Home cadre is CAPF 4. Why CAPF personnel taking early age retirement or regination?? Compare to Armed Forces Especially, I have seen so many Assistant Commandant rank personnel who resign at their first rank itself, and then they mostly teach Aspirant on RU-vid 5. When CAPF completely stop ips deputation in CAPF :- Because they do not know anything about the zero level of CAPF and directly come on deputation at Dig level. 6. When will Capf people get Ex service-man quota, Canteen (CSD) and Hospital facilities like Armed Forces?? 7. Most of the CAPF soldiers commit suicide, so how can this be stopped? Over 53000 CAPF, AR personnel quit jobs, 658 ended life in 5 years: MHA 8. Why is CAPF always underrated and its Personnel made to do so much work? 9. Why does the Indian government discriminate so much against CAPF in our India?? 10. When you become an A.C in CAPF and reach the rank of Commandant, how much does an IPS interfere in your work or How can an IPS give orders to an A.C and what is the role of ips in CAPF?? Till now I have listened to many podcasts related to CAPF. But no one talks about the point I mentioned above☝️☝️ The important thing related to work is not discussed.They should talk about all these issues and not hide them. Every time the same old questions are asked. Ask all such questions in your podcast, whoever is preparing to join CAPF in future, he will get some insight from the inside person. When all the inside details will be known, only the right people will join it and the seat will not be wasted and it will be beneficial for our country And there is something which is hidden from all the incoming students, because if they come to know all the things about CAPF insight before going to CAPF, then their teaching business will be ruined. Then not many aspirants will join it. Pause tribe channel people, keep this point in mind, next time if you take any Capf person's podcast then definitely ask him this point.
