This is such a sensitive topic. I only gained about 20 pounds, about 10 kilos, with my pregnancies, but your body changes. I had beautiful C cup, perky, breasts before I got pregnant. After pregnancy they were huge and saggy. I have to admit, I miss the younger boobs. Girl, you are still beautiful. Such a great message. Thank you.
Ohh yes I relate to this so well, I gained 23 kgs for both my pregnancies, losing the weight after the first pregnancy was easy but after second pregnancy was hell. New moms should be kind to their bodies because the weight was gained in many weeks so the same grace should be used while losing it.
For me as a first time mum I had this unrealistic expectation to bounce back immediately and so I was so disappointed that my body didn’t snap back immediately 😭 if I knew now what I knew then I’d be kinder to my body and trust the process ❤️❤️❤️❤️ we bring lives into this world and that’s something we should never take for granted 🥹
@@Maureenawuor_ I think we are influenced by the celebrities always showing photos of them few days after birth, body back to pre pregnancy like the baby never grew in their womb for 9 months, one thing we forget to asked ourselves how was that possible, how much financial was involved. They literally have money to pay stuff and everything be done to them which makes it so easy for them unlike us who have to be there and do it yourself then the reality hits us.
