Taking breaks in between is crucial!!! You might feel guilty during the break but it will prevent the future you from procrastinating all at once and losing motivation :)

Ahhh! It's 11:30pm and I was gonna start my maths IA at 12am but I guess I'm gonna start now and use this method too.

I love using the pomodoro method. I find it really hard to take breaks, so I find that the pomodoro method really helps with that, personally. It was great seeing you incorporate that in your video!
