you know what? this game reminds me a lot to populous.. the houses and the town center should grow up, i already downloaded the game and it feels a little bit empty, to me, it needs more life, something that makes the cities feel like it.

The villager production being a limiting factor reminds me of Battle Realms. You had to be smart about your villagers in that game because every other unit was trained from a villager.

Funny thing about AoE series, they aer practicaly ment to be played in sequence. AoE games has four ages and eche game follow up were the previus ended. Few seem to realise this.
