Real UK Driving Test PASS 

I drove off a cliff straight into the sea. Managed to correct it in time though so the examiner didn't notice.

Haven’t even booked a test yet, and watching this has my heart rate going double time

I got mine second go and ill tell you first hand that it all depends on the examiner. The first time i went, the examiner was a grumpy pregnant women that wasnt polite, therefore making me more nervous and i made little mistakes. The second time i got an older lady who was extremely polite so i wasnt nervous at all.

All I had to do on my test in Sweden was: Check wipers and high beams. Drive in the city to a supermarket. Park at a spot I chose at the supermarket (obviously chose the easiest one, plus it was snow so no visible lines xD) Drive onto a highway. Exit off the highway. Reverse around the corner. Go back onto the highway and follow road signs back into the city. Got into the city and got asked if I could find my way back, I said yes and I could choose what ever way back I wanted. Got back and parked. Passed with no faults first time without any lessons taken. Practiced in private for about 4 months, and got the license for less than half the amount most people pay xD

Watching this again after passing my driving test yesterday! Such a weight off of my shoulders!

40minute test?? here in portugal we drive for 5/10 minutes and it's done

Ahaha, reminds me of my own driving test. I just about passed it, I remember how stressful it all was. It didn't even cost that much, as I got the baseball bat and ski mask on discount. The rest was just simple persuasion.

Feel sorry for the tester poor guy trying to make conversation and gets 1 word answers

I’m so mad, my test was going so well until I went through the front wall of a house, examiners are so picky nowadays ffs 😫

I picked up 2 minors on my driving test and was failed. Not my fault they wanted a lift.

I was going 50 in a 30!! Probably didn’t help that I rolled down the window, pulled out my Mac 10 and did a drive by. Examiner said it was fine tho as I was nervous.

I accidentally drove over my instructor , once I realised he wasn’t in good shape ,I just did the test on my own & gave myself a Pass. I recommend this for anyone

I really like how he says "thank you" and "please" after every instruction he gives... It would make me more confident if I were you. :3

On my test I completely ignored the examiner and continued going round the roundabout for 40 minutes straight.

I almost passed but I got into an accidental race with a police car, in my defense he did try and overtake me first

i almost pissed myself when he went "STOP" in a really harsh voice and immediatley went back to "ok sir thank you i won't ask you to do that again" in that lovely soft voice he's got

My driving examiner was such a troll: After I nervously did everything correct we pulled up at the finishing area and said ''Ben i'm afraid that *long ass pause* you HAVE PASSED CONGRATULATIONS'' never have I shit myself so much in my entire life.

I PASSED mine at 1st attempt ***************************************QUICK TIPS:******************************************* 1- To overcome nervousness, just assume you're sitting with your friend & he's guiding you. 2- MUST check on your shoulders (blind spots) before moving. 3- Keeping checking Mirrors after a while & must check before giving corresponding turn indicator. 4- At roundabouts, don't rush, take your time and wait for the chance to move. If you keep your nervousness in control, it will be a usual driving lesson. Keep a good gesture on your face as well.

In my test, I forgot which way left and right was.

I had about 3-4 tests in total, all the times I had 'nice/kind' looking examiners I failed. I had some grumpy looking guy and he turned out to be the kindest (I also passed with him). So don't worry if your examiner looks evil!

Are you allowed to talk to him? Im going to spin a tale about how my mother is sick and ive been caring for her for years, i had to give up education etc and the only way i can get into hospital is driving. Try and get that sympathy vote you know.

I was told I failed as I had got 8 minors on my final. I said "I thought I was allowed 15", "yes you are, but you were in a school zone and I don't think any survived".

I remember my driving test. The instructor was talking with the other dude just about his girlfriend who was getting sick from milk and only can drink lactose free milk. So the driving test ended at a supermarket where he picked up milk and I passed the test. lol

I remember watching this video the night before my first test at 3am and I passed first time with 2 minors. For those doing the same, as long as you can drive well and comfortably with a family member, you can do the same with an instructor

If you're about to take your test dont take this example in the video as a standard to achieve. This driver was clearly very good, you dont need to be this good, the instructors expect you to be a novice, espeically when it comes to speed of doing things and clutch control. Ofcourse you should be as good as you can be. But dont get overly nervous if you're not as good as the person in the video.

Please notice how often he looks in his mirrors, even when he's on straight road! Respect to the driver!
