Real vs Fake Air Jordan 12 Flu Game Bred 2016. How to tell if your Air Jordan 12 Flu Game is Real or Fake - Unauthorized.

The Fake pair used in this video is an unauthorized where the real pair of the Jordan 12 Flu Game came from an authorized retailer.
DISCLAIMER: Video is for Educational Purposes Only.
Some Tips On Authentic vs. Unauthorized Air Jordan 12:
1. Reptile texture is larger on Fakes
2. On the heel, where the Red meets, no translucent area. Authentic pairs will have a bit of translucent.
3. Sole is brighter shade of Red.
4. Tumbled leather on the uppers of the real is more shiny, where the Fakes are flat.
5. Tongue sits higher up on the fakes.
6. White stitching inside of fakes, real has black.
7. Opposite side of insoles will be a darker shade of blue (real) where the fake pair will be brighter.
8. Cardboard shoe inserts on the fakes will be smooth where the authentic is rough.
9. Tissue paper on fakes is lighter, thiner and duller in color.
10. The box on the authentic has a rich color brown (cardboard).

I agree the fakes look better than the real. I've bought 5 pair of Jordan 6 from a site 8 won't reveal and they are off the hook. I'll pay 65 all day long compared to 250 plus here in the states to these money hungry rip offs.

i do like to whear real but i have nothing against fake ones its understandable to buy fakes if some people dont have the money because they are really nice and its good to have an option to still own them eventhough they dont have the money for the real ones its good to see some difference but at the end pf the day they are still the same if you want them for looks with the fake ones at $40 and the real ones at $190 i would say buy the real if you got the money or a collector and buy the fake if your tight on money and still really want them for looks

Sneakerfiles thanks for the video One big major difference you didnt mention I own real several real pairs of 12s and 2 pairs of fakes is when you put them on the comfort level authenic ones are snug and comfortable when you walk the fake ones are really loose and feel like payless shoes. I feel like JB lowered the quality on the nike zoom material. For my Taxi 12 (2008 CDP) i can actually feel the nike zoom unit, but for the Flu Game 12 (2016) I barely feel it.

What I seen from the video and on my pair is that the authentic pair for the right shoe, the stitching line up with the J on the heel tab perfectly vs the UA pair where it's off

The fakes are of higher quality. Financial advice. Get the fakes if they are significantly priced lower. 18-23% of retail price. beware of people charging full price. That is a fraud. But I would only collect fakes. Love both pairs. But financially not worth the money being that eventually they will wither away.

Quick answer. Remember that the fakes have something to proove. They will always be met with more scrutiny etc. 1.They have to atleast pass the initial test to execute the actual purchase point. 2. They are most likely reverse engineered. Meaning. Long term solutions are easily implemented. Reasons being that, these are all in limited hot market runs, that have to be both efficient and cost effective. I will give you a personal example. I used to build replica super cars. All of better quality and performance than the original cars. Especially more impressive performance etc. Performance being my number 1 goal. Not just the esthetics. But. You quickly realize how much work goes into both versions. Granted. My cars were faster. But not authentic. Thus also realize this. People don't buy porsche, Ferrari or Lamborghini because they are fast. They buy them because they are hand made... In my own personal experience. So I learned alot about quality, fit and finish. Which is why I watched the video. Great

I paid $160 for a pair of UA. The cushioning is the same my brother has the Authentic pair and I tried on his pair and the cushioning is the same. From a distance and even up close the shoes look the same. I would rather buy a pair of UA then to go to Ebay and get fucked in my ass by a reseller.

I understand the problem because resellers can sell you UA or Retail and you will still get fucked regardless due to obscene asking prices for a outdated shoe. A lot of flaws on my pair from Snkrs app like the the overlay over the reptile skin is very dull and a lot of glue stains.Jumpman is different between the left and right pair.Different production dates between the left and right pair.

Bro this is so outdated. The UA's are exactly the same as the retail pair. I can do a video right now with 2 pairs 1 UA and the other Super Max Perfect and it will exactly the same as this video. If I do a video of 2 UA pair their going to have differences. If I do a video of 2 retail pairs their still will have their differences. Remember that every shoe is made by hand not a machine so all of them will be different.

I agree that every shoe has it's differences and I make mention of that in the video. No pair will be identical. However the reptile print on the overlay is different between the two. I have heard that some UA's have fixed the translucent hit on the tab. Other then that, you still have the box which has always been off, the lighter shade of red on the outsole with hits of Orange and Pink.

Anybody can get retail pair and place UA pair inside and sale them like if it was a retail pair and nobody will notice. And to be honest with you a lot of people rather get the UA' first because they can get it safer. There's no waiting in line or do raffles and they are not going to pay resale price on them.

This video was made for those that don't want fakes and to help people avoid getting scammed. I am a collector. I am almost at 500 pairs of Deadstock sneakers, not 1 is fake. As I will always respect what someone chooses to wear, I am also trying to help people that do not want fakes. If you try to pass off a fake as real, that's a no go but if you're real about the shoes being fake, I don't have issues or judgement. Fakes aren't for me but I am not going to judge or tell someone they can't wear something

People that say that are either ignorant or they don't realize the truth behind UA pairs. Now if supposed you are doing this to help the sneaker community a service let me tell you that you are waiting your time. Because again people will buy whatever they want to buy and also more people are buying UA pairs because of the resale market killing the game and also because of the fact the they will get the shoes with the same materials and the same factories that make them with less hassle. Not everybody has a plug or a hookup for shoes. To get every single pair that comes out. There are a lot of people that have UA pairs and think that are retail. a lot of sneaker events have a lot of pairs that are UA. But nobody ever says anything. If you buy a pair of shoes outside of an authorized retail store. That makes the shoe UA also. Get your facts straight first.

Kixify is much like eBay, however the gap isn't the only factor when determining real and fake. Is the heel area translucent? Ask him to take pics without the insole.

It crazy because I have Jordan 12’s flu game and on the red coloring it looks like the real ones but behind it on the heel the Jordan looks like the fake ones but the coloring is more darker than the fake ones but then I looked at the bottom and the “23” looks orange instead of red like the real soo... Fakes always have flaws and they point out that you're wearing fakes, I only buy Authentic shoes, no UA, no fake. Also, I use to collect Jordan's and the quality is trash now. So why would I pay full price for some half ass made Jordan's from foot locker.

Yes, some UA's are now making them with a translucent tip at the heel. But the other points in the video should help.

sorry so many comments. I have a lot of shoes also that I have not worn in years. do u have any shoes that the glue starts unwinding off the soles? I have a lot of first run jordans that the soles are coming off or off.

No worries. Yes I do have older shoes that the glue starts to fall off. I have been lucky, as none of the soles have separated as of yet. Sucks that it's so common on OG's and older retro releases.

From what I see the “fake” ones are way cheaper than the “real” pair. To me it’s not that big of a deal. The “fake” ones are still SNEAKERS and if you gotta go around the shoe with a microscope....why go thru the trouble?

honestly i have real Jordan's and fake Jordan's and i really don't care you can never tell the difference. And if you don't want to pay $200 on a pair of shoes just get the "fakes"

Finish Line doesn't sell fake sneakers, however is yours a GS size? Could be the difference.

who really cares if fake or real. some people aint rich or have it like that if they wanna buy fake jordans or fake anything and it makes them happy then so be it. have to realize if your not buying it for anyone why judge them thats just my opinion.

Appreciate the comment. I see your point, but disagree. This video was made for those that are wanting to buy the authentic sneaker and not a fake one. If someone is selling a fake shoe and representing it as real, isn't that wrong? If someone chooses to wear fakes, then that is their choice. This video is for educational purposes. We are not judging anyone.
