Some of the differences mentioned are not indications of a fake, like the stamping.. I have many rogues, all bought directly from coach and there are many differences in various generations and also depending on the style.
Correct! The 1st striking difference was the fake leather named also PU leather. Bags made before 2016 don’t have the “X” type stamp, but this one mimics the current version with handles flipping out and added crossbody strap and these definitely have the “X” stamp on them.

Unfortunately, not all real Rogues have the same markings, like the Basquiat versions don’t all have the printing on the bottom, etc. Even the first versions of the 25 don’t have all of the same stamps. But yeah, the stitching and handles on the black one are so bad 😫 I hope EBay gave you a refund.

Wow I didn't know fake Rogues existed! At first glance I thought it was real, but the real give away are the straps. The stitching looks off too. The original new black rouge should have grey color stitching.
I have a coach original that has been used and softened and the side does pull on the inside because it’s no longer as tight and stiff as it was before hen it was new.
The differences and stamping of Coach Rogue bags do not suggest they are fake. I have a Rogue 25 Basquiat version does not have the printing on the bottom either and contains “1941” on metal zipper pulls; I got it directly from Coach. But thanks for your presentation!

Most of the time you can tell if a Rogue is fake is by the handles Coach handles are real right fitting and not loose but some Rogue have different markings
Thanks for sharing! I'm so surprised a Japan seller sold you a fake bag. Japan has really strict laws on that so you tend not to see fakes from them. The stitching on that fake looks fake to me too. I have that bag but mine is the 2019 version I think. Did you get a refund from ebay?

I was also shocked that a Japanese seller did that! I have both pre-owned LV bags from Japan and everything was fine. But not with this one.
It's not fake. Coach will use different materials for their bags. To cut costs, they will use different materials. Just so you know, suede is the raw side of leather.
Of course its fake. Are you the japanse seller? Coach does not use ultra suede on their rogues. That black bag is not even leather, it looks shinny plastic. The edging is wrong as well with that bright white stitching as well.
